Best Network Monitoring Software for Small Business

Hey folks! I’m helping a small business choose a network monitoring tool to get better visibility into our infrastructure without overcomplicating things. We need something that’s reliable, doesn’t take forever to set up, and ideally won’t blow our budget.

I’ve narrowed it down to a few tools that come up frequently on G2:

  1. NinjaOne: Looks clean and efficient—anyone using it for both monitoring and remote management?
  2. Atera: Seems all-in-one for IT pros. Is it worth it for smaller teams?
  3. N-able N-central: Feels a bit more advanced—how steep is the learning curve?
  4. TeamViewer: We’ve used it for remote access, but how does it hold up for broader monitoring?
  5. Site24x7: Cloud-native with good alerts—any feedback on performance or integrations?

If you've used any of these (or something else entirely), I’d really appreciate your thoughts. What worked well, and what would you do differently next time

How noisy are the alerts on Site24x7? Hoping to avoid alert fatigue.
