If using other Apple products that are linked on the same Apple account, passwords and information can be saved across devices. You can transfer a webpage from your phone to the computer and vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some webpages don't display the same or have a different UI. There are also some webpages that aren't compatible at all. Keep a lookout for some software programs you may use that have windows that require an internet browser, it may not be compatible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apple has done phenomenal work to build key features into Safari over the last four or five versions. One significant improvement has been something that Firefox has done for a while, and many others are following suit - security and privacy. They have essentially taken off the blinders that web developers put up that hide things like tracking cookies and data harvesting, to name a few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the biggest reasons I still use Chrome, even with the data privacy risks, is the ability to have different profiles. I love that I can have separate bookmarks, accounts and passwords, even browsing history tied to a different account. Another thing I do not like is the Apple-ness of Safari; they want you to use it "how it was designed" without customizing settings, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Safari is noticeably faster than the other popular web browsers when using MacBook owing to its seamless software integration and support. Even on non-Apple products, Safari provides a data-first secure platform to browse the web with some fantastic features and a clean layout that lets you focus on your work and boost productivity. The smooth transitions when shifting tabs or loading new pages add to an already excellent browsing experience. I also like the fact that because of Apple's approach towards data security and privacy, Safari is one of the most secure web browsers in the market right now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Safari offers everything expected from a web browser at this level with a clean and simple layout. I did not find any cons while using this product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have recently switched to an Apple phone from Android and I use Safari as my primary browser. While I like using Chrome the same amount, Safari is a great browser too. it's fast, has a neat interface, and most importantly, it respects my privacy. The fact that it is much more secure than Chrome or other browsers makes it slightly better than every other one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about Safari. It's fast and easy with a very subtle interface. I like it a lot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user experience is much better than any other. The swapping between tabs in mobile especially Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Finding and organizing bookmarks is not very friendly like Google Chrome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that safari is sleek and also doesn't have the extra junk another browser such as explorer might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because it is a different operating system then what I was used to it took some time to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a sync within Apple ecosystem. It previews PDF before downloading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's completely Apple's monopoly. Apple is not allowing other browsers to enter into the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think viewing the tabs is really easy and transferring data across devices is easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It just doesn't seem as easy and integrated as chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is the default browser for Apple products, and so far, I have had no significant issues. It has a pretty good setup in terms of user-facing aesthetics. It is easy to navigate and doesn't take a long time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some larger applications do not function well with Safari. I have found that WebEx seems to run better on Chrome than Safari. I hope that this can be translated into Safari over Chrome because they are both solid choices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
