What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn has really put a focus on growing their support team over the past few years. We are experiencing faster turnaround times on tickets and now have a dedicated account manager who helps to escalate things when needed. Bullhorn has also done a great job of identifying external marketplace partners who's products should be integrated into the ATS which has led to increased functionality within the native environment. The AI roadmap is also pretty robust and we're excited to see where that is going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

We often have connection and login issues. Hard to determine if this is a Bullhorn issue or something local on our network or an issue with individual devices. However, the Bullhorn status page is great about updating any issues that they are aware of. The other downside is cost. For a small firm like ours, our ATS spend is very high even for the Enterprise product. Bullhorn One would be the best fit for our business model, but it is cost prohibitive at the moment. Hoping they find a pricing tier for firms like ours that allows us to take advantage of that product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our goal for the year is to consolidate as much functionality into our source of truth (Bullhorn in this case) as possible. As Bullhorn integrates more external marketplace partners into their native environment, we are able to do more within the ATS itself and not have to worry about sometimes fragile API connections to external partners. Although the system is extremely customizable, there are a few caveats on views or processes that you can create a work around for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Bullhorn is the best at keeping up with what the staffing industry is doing. They know their demographic, and they conduct relevant data to know what makes their customer base successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

There aren’t many dislikes about Bullhorn, but I do wish they would make certain products available in a “cafeteria style” option, instead of full packaged options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bullhorn is the most user friendly ATS that our team has used. The team is able to work cohesively utilizing Bullhorn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

Keeping us up to date with tech advances. We don't have to purchase outside tools to accomplish what we want with front office work flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Customization limits functionality at times. Stepping outside of native Bullhorn work flows can cause processes not to work as efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have created an ATS with the additional layers we need ( Automation, AI, Analytics) without having to connect tbe dots with a lot of outside tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I've used Bullhorn almost every day for the last 7 years.

Bullhorn is a fantastic CRM system for any recruitment agency that wants to get set up quickly, have access to lots of great technology (including AI tools) and is keen to have the ability to easily customise the platform.

The support team at Bullhorn is fantastic, the speed at which they work, the depth of knowledge, the concistency of service is all brilliant and one of the reasons I'm such an advocate for Bullhorn. Whether it's onboarding, continuous development, innovative ideas or even creative ways to engage the team Bullhorn are there to support.

Bullhorn have also created a community of customers that learn from eachother in their various meet up groups - this has been brilliant for supporting the progression of those invovled but has also hugely improved the results everyone then sees from the tools.

There are lots of create tools integrated in Bullhorn's market place that cover anything from commission automation, cv formatting, backdoor hiring - the list goes on!

A great platform with fantastic people, who truly care about their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Sometimes the platform can have slow loading times, but I can tell that Bullhorn have made the effort to reduce this issue over the year I've been working with them.

While it's very easy to suggest new features, it can be tough to get through to someone in the product team to see these ideas cime to life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recruiters traditionally don't like CRMs but Bullhorn makes it easy for our team to show the benefits to consultants of tracking their activity.

A centralised place for all recruitment data, helping our recruiters to positively engage with the CRM - great user experience, especially with the very easy to use and deploy AI tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I've found Bullhorn CRM to be an invaluable tool. It's like having a super-powered assistant that keeps track of everything, from candidate information to job postings.

The intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate, even for tech newbies like me. I can quickly find the right information quickly and efficiently, thanks to the powerful search features. Plus, I can automate repetitive tasks, giving me more time to focus on building relationships with candidates and clients.

While it might have a bit of a learning curve, the investment in time is definitely worth it. Once you get the hang of it, Bullhorn CRM can significantly boost your productivity and make your recruitment process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

As I am not an administrator I have little control over adapting features and entries, so that would be my only dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing and access large amounts of client data in a quick, efficient and easy manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I love the ability to build out true automations and customizations to allow for us to easily implement different process and rules of engagement. The ability to easily configure fields and create enhancements to reduce manual entry makes life easy and reduces data redundancies. BullHorn also has an enormous amount of workplace partners that easily integrate and create a seamless process to stay in one system. Customer support has been strong in our engagement and are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Like any ATS / CRM data duplication is always a problem. It would be great to be able to better configure duplicate spotting and customzie / disallow duplicates to be entered manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bullhorn is our internal ATS allowing us to service all our different clients that we support in a variety of ways (Staffing, Consulting, Perm, Deliverables). The ability to create different ways to support and bill clients allow us to mitigate creating unique customers for each different billing type. The system also allows for many different "tracks" which we can customize configurations and automations based around the track selected. We also utilize VMS Sync as we partner w/ many MSP/VMS programs which allow for jobs to easily flow in reducing timely data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

The option to edit so many things is very helpful. The "reporting tool" is especially helpful when looking up past information. The platform does take a little while to get used to, but once you do, it is user friendly. There are lots of places to add as much information as possible about each candidate. It is easy to update and can be updated from different locations within the platform, not just the candidate's profile. I use it everyday. Parsing in resumes is quick and fairly easy but having to take time to format the resume for viewing ease does take an additional step. Customer support is helpful and quick to respond, I've needed technical assistance a few times for things. Overall it is a nice, simplisitic platform that covers alot of ground for a vast variety of candidate types. It is nice to be able to tag other managers and recruiters for quick review of notes, jobs, companies, and other tracking needs. Bullhorn pairs fairly well with Cloud Caller integration, it does sometimes have issues, but overall it does a good job connecting profiles quickly and accurately. For what we use it for in our daily work, it is ease of implementation overall is good. I would continue to use it. Their "find" feature is really great, there are so many different ways to search for someone or something on the entire platform, it's been a life saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

Sometimes the parsing and adding in to candidates to the system can miss duplicates, users have to be extra dillgent to ensure they are not adding in the same person multiple times. Once a tearsheet is created, you cannot move the columns around to suit your needs. Parsing resumes into Bullhorn is really easy - however, if a resume is parsed from a PDF file, you have to format the resume to be read easier becuase it will upload as a piled up, non formatted bunch of words (protip, save the resume as a word document, then upload, it will auto format then). Would Love the ability to change the screen to Dark Mode. When adding a profile, it would be helpful to have the system automatically catch uppercase names and change them to normal - This is important if you use the "first name" contact features, becuase if they are capitalized, it will stay capitalized when reaching out for email and text blasts (For example, "Good morning JOHN DOE, this is Martha from Acme Company" ). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using it for the past 1.5 years. I believe that the sourcing and integration portions have continued to improve. Would like to see automatic formatting from PDF to continue to improve. Would also like to see a Dark Mode option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

I have only been using Bullhorn for about a year of and a half, but I have no complaints with the system as a whole. It is effective and has enough filters for me to search through our records and find the most likely people to reach out to. I train new hires within our company and other colleagues are able to catch on realatively quickly. I am using Bullhorn all day every day and can't imagine using another software. Any time I have had issues and have reached out to customer support, they get back to me quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

My only complaints with Bullhorn ATS & CRM are related specifically to my company and other systems used. As a company, we are switching other softwares to be able to integrate with Bullhorn smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bullhorn allows me to gather leads from web responses and store their information. I have all of my candidates' information in one place.

Additionally, we have other Account Managers who are adding jobs into the system, so it's become a one-stop shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bullhorn?

We have used Bullhorn ATS and CRM for over 8 years. The following are areas that I like best about Bullhorn ATS and CRM.

• Front end Functionality and tools. The Bullhorn platform has advanced functionality and tools that allow Power Personnel to stay in front of the technology innovation and optimize our recruiting and on-boarding processes.

• The integrations with front end platforms such as programmatic advertising and Daxtra Capture makes the process of sourcing and engaging candidate’s top notch. The integrated texting features allow us to be efficient with communicating with candidates. The Daxtra integration with candidate job boards allows us to access passive candidates to extend our sourcing outreach. The Bullhorn automation tools allow us to be efficient with conducting marketing and drip campaigns to efficiently engage candidates. The automation tools also allow us to tag candidates with Key shills, job categories and job titles that creates efficiency with future candidate database searches and matching critical skills to our client JD’s. The Bullhorn automation tools are also invaluable to optimize our recruiting processes by reducing manual processes that eat up time and allow our recruiters, account managers and credentialing teams to have more candidate interactions. The automation tools range from greeting new applicants to connection with candidates post assignment.

• Bullhorn also has an integrated on-boarding platform (OTE) that allows Power Personnel to efficiently integrate our credentialing and on-boarding which, in the healthcare sector, is our lifeblood.

• Our Bullhorn integration with Kyloe allows us to reduce the time our recruiters spend documenting pre-screens and creating profile submittals. The Kyloe integration also allows us to DeDup our candidate database.

• Overall, we are pleased that we can use Bullhorn as one core platform that allows Power Personnel to integrate other key platforms to stay ahead of the technology race and stay competitive in the staffing sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn?

We are still waiting for Bullhorn to provide a back-office solution that will allow Power Personnel to handle per diem healthcare staffing. The back-office solution will allow us to have a complete front-end to back-end platform that handles all the functionality needed to have a single fully integrated platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bullhorn solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Bullhorn platform helps Power Personnel solve the challenge of optimizing its recruiting and marketing processes. The platform provides us with a multi-functional single integrated system that eliminates the manual processes in our recruiting process.

To ensure their clients are optimizing the platform, Bullhorn has an exceptional Customer Success Team. They are all committed to making Power Personnel successful. The CS Team is a true differentiator that Bullhorn provides that far exceeds industry standards. The CS team works with my staff to identify and resolve key individual challenges in our workflows to make us more efficient and allows us to optimize our operations to compete. I have worked with amazing members of the CST team. They include Alex Brewer (Analytics), Keri Fountain (Platform utilization and team coordination), Stephen Robledo (Platform), Susan Whalen (OTE), and Adam Toby (VMS Sync). In addition, our Account Manager, Molly Polirer, is the best. She invests the time to keep up with our activities and to assist us with any challenges we are meeting. The CS team also keeps centralized records of our activities, and all members are aware of our updates. Bullhorn also provides special sessions and office hours to allow us to learn from our peers and to address an array of innovations to optimize Bullhorn. Finally, Bullhorn also allows us to schedule one-on-one meetings with Billy Davis, the industry guru on automations.

Overall, I believe the Bullhorn CS team is a secret weapon that allows us to optimize the Bullhorn platform and gives us a competitive advantage that we utilize to optimize our operations and stay in front of our competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
