What do you like best about ClouDNS?
I believe that the simplicity of the administration is the best, in addition to the uptime. I have never had unavailability in my DNS nor in the monitoring system. And the price fits perfectly with my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClouDNS?
- I fell in love with the support team: I filed a ticket on a Sunday and they got back to me < 10min! A solution to my problem was proposed on the following Monday, which was really good, because I had some weird / unusual ideas on how to use their service

What do you dislike about ClouDNS?

What do you like best about ClouDNS?
Haven't had any technical issues in the 5+ years I've been a customer and the backend management system works very well. Technical support has always been quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClouDNS?
There is so much you can do on ClouDNS, I've been a member of the website for around a year now, and I still don't think I've found every feature or gadget for customers to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ClouDNS?
It's a little complicated to use; I cannot code, so all those buttons and features with those technical terms make my head spin. Thankfully the customer support team is very fast to respond and eager to help you with any issues you may be having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I give 10 for customer service. Very knowledgeable Customer Support!
We can chat about urgent matters and 95% of the time their team can assist me and point me in the right direction with a very very fast respond time. no kidding!

DNS propagation very fast.
Simple UI but efficient (can be improved without adding complication)
I wish ClouDNS have a Premium server in Malaysia or Singapore

- UI can be improved
- Delete DNS Record can be positioned better
- API access and method can be improved for non-tech user
- Drag and drop dashboard to categorize and arrange domain list for easier management

What do you like best about ClouDNS?
We moved all of our DNS to CloudDNS over a year ago after hosting all of our public DNS in our own data centers for over a decade. It was the best decision we ever made. High redundancy, failover alerts, and the ability to automatically failover to another IP has been a game-changer for us. Also took more pressure off of our network internally.
