We love that the software itself is very easy to use and teach to new employees. Setting up customers and appointments takes very little time. Software's we have used in the past were super time consuming to teach employees and it was time consuming to add appointments and customers.The support from PestRoutes has also always been very timely. It's a clear window with boards where you can see your sales teams and tech teams. You can easily modify routes or schedules and there is no lag when doing so. Everything seems very seamless and streamlined. The report and pie charts that PestRoutes uses is great for scaling your business and seeing what things need to be worked on. The App is easy to understand and use when sending invoices, images or other documents to customers. Sometimes the Orange seems to be too much, maybe if there was a 'night mode' it would be easier on the eyes. The map that the software uses could also use an update. The amount of options available to you from reporting, tracking, scheduling, billing - there is tons of features and options for you to play around with. Occasionally the software runs a bit slow, but it runs fine most of the time. One of the big things I would like to see added are route value totals for the day to the calendar view. We wish changes could be made faster. When we have new ideas that we would like to see implemented, sometimes it can take longer for the team to implement the change. Also, we wish we were kept more in the loop about changes that are made to the software. Sometimes we find out just by logging in and noticing a difference. I dislike some of the bugs associated with Sales Routes especially. When you are in the sales process and lose all of your information because the app doesn’t auto save little things like that can be pretty frustrating. It seems that there are little glitches that constantly need to be worked out and if I don’t catch them in time, some times it affects my customer base. We have been with PestRoutes for 3 years and enjoy it. The software is easy to use for the office staff as well as the field employees. It is sleek and modern looking compared to the other programs on the market. There are many different reports to gather the information you need. Some of the reporting can be difficult to weed through. Their lead system could be improved as it affects the data in the customer report which can be frustrating.This isn't something the support team can really help with as I think it is more geared towards the development group. It is a seamless transition to get into paperwork rather than filling out paper contracts. All of the information gets uploaded and the technicians can be updated instantly once submitted. The only dislike I have is that a lot of other companies use it as well, meaning the contracts from their companies look fairly similar. But of course some modifications from the user end can fix that easily. I like the ability to drop pins on the housing in neighborhoods, it allows me to stay organized in how I approach reknocking areas I’ve been in. It’s effective for areas that are not brand new. I do not like for appointment notes if I reschedule or adjust the appointment the notes delete. That’s been frustrating trying to work the app by copying and pasting all the time. Emailing quotes has given me a really hard time, very hit or miss and I have no way of knowing if it actually went through or not. PestRoutes is always adding new features and tweaking the existing features to make them more useful. Support is happy to troubleshoot any issues.
