What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I love the preview to see the user's point of view because it is precise. This way I can edit the templates as many times as I want and always observe the result before sending it to the email list or phone numbers. Nowadays it is more than important to generate a good first impression and I like Mailchimp because it helps me generate it with its editing tools and also guarantees a good opening rate. What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Update: Nothing, pricing is insane, functionality is lacking. No longer a customer...

One thing that stands out is how drop dead simple MailChimp is to use. Regardless if you're an IT whiz or jr dev, everything just works. Whether you're designing a local newsletter or needing to segment a large email list, you'll be surprised how well everything just works. As a company they seem pretty cool, I remember when they came on the scene more than 10 years ago. It's been cool to see they haven't changed the core of the company, like so many SaaS companies seem to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

The pricing is a bit strange, in order to get some of the more useful features you need to go into the paid level, but don't see any increase in quantity. Artificial roadblocks in SaaS is the new normal though. I do think they could gain some more love if they tweaked the pricing a bit. I'd especially like to see them support startups more. Recommendations to others considering Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing:

Give the free plan a go, you've got nothing to lose. I am pretty confident it will be a good fit. One thing to ensure you do is setup the API integration right away, you'll be amazed how many tools you're probably already using will integrate with the email ape! I really love how easy the platform and dashboard is to navigate especially for newbies. I use MailChimp to teach an email marketing class because they also have the premium version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
