The integrations are a bit clunky and not fully customizable, but it may not be on the MailChimp end. Also every advanced feature is on higher level plans so it becomes costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy for it to use, even if you are not a tech-savvy, you'll be able to learn how to use Mailchimp. What I like the most is how you can make a landing page in Mailchimp without even buying your own domain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything yet. By far, I have been enjoying using Mailchimp and its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the preview to see the user's point of view because it is precise. This way I can edit the templates as many times as I want and always observe the result before sending it to the email list or phone numbers. Nowadays it is more than important to generate a good first impression and I like Mailchimp because it helps me generate it with its editing tools and also guarantees a good opening rate. With a tool like this I have rarely gone to customer service, but the times I have, the treatment left a lot to be desired. I feel like they left me alone, by the time I received attention I had already resolved the problem on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Update: Nothing, pricing is insane, functionality is lacking. No longer a customer...
One thing that stands out is how drop dead simple MailChimp is to use. Regardless if you're an IT whiz or jr dev, everything just works. Whether you're designing a local newsletter or needing to segment a large email list, you'll be surprised how well everything just works. As a company they seem pretty cool, I remember when they came on the scene more than 10 years ago. It's been cool to see they haven't changed the core of the company, like so many SaaS companies seem to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing is a bit strange, in order to get some of the more useful features you need to go into the paid level, but don't see any increase in quantity. Artificial roadblocks in SaaS is the new normal though. I do think they could gain some more love if they tweaked the pricing a bit. I'd especially like to see them support startups more. I really love how easy the platform and dashboard is to navigate especially for newbies. I use MailChimp to teach an email marketing class because they also have the premium version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They keep allowing less and less access with the premium version, making it hard to teach my class to complete newbies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
