Newsdesk is very easy to use! Detailed analytics provide at-a-glance data about the performance of search terms, key messages, company spokespersons and reputation management campaigns. LexisNexis provides the most comprehensive licensed content, as well. Search is relatively simple and intuitive. And the customer service can't be beat; they are always there to help troubleshoot, set up a new search or dashboard, or train new users on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
