Red Sift OnDMARC stands out for its ease of deployment and user-friendly interface, making DMARC policy management accessible even to non-experts.
The built-in tools, provide deep visibility into email authentication flows and configuration issues.
The customer support is also excellent — responsive and knowledgeable, guiding users effectively throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the platform clearly identifies issues and gives actionable recommendations, applying the required changes still involves manual updates to DNS records.
Adding automation for DNS updates could make the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Red Sift we've been able to go from a DMARC none policy to DMARC reject in a matter of months.
Not only does the product make visualising DMARC reports a breeze, but using Dynamic Services it makes DNS changes to DMARC, SPF, DKIM and MTA-STS incredibly simple. Dynamic services was also easy to integrate with our DNS provider.
Before using OnDMARC we didn't have the visibility required to properly implement email security. We're now in DMARC reject, MTA-STS enforce and have been able to tidy up our DNS records.
We also use some of their other tools frequently to monitor certificates, which has allowed us to be more proactive.
The Red Sift team have been incredibly helpful in assisting with the implementation of OnDMARC. I rate their support highly.
I'd have no problem recommending this to anyone looking to implement DMARC, SPF Flattening, MTA-STS or BIMI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've had a couple of UI bugs which can be frustrating when implementing DNS changes. However, they've resolved these when reported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Platform can support adding multiple domains (thousands if required) to manage DMARC compliance. They helpfully provide an email address you're able to mail to check for compliance on a domain, this is really useful when struggling to understand if there is issues with the configuration. Their support is really good and feels very attentive and quick. It was also very easy to identify which services were sending on the domain, as they list these out for each domain. I really like the ability to make use of their DNS hosting for specific domains as this helps with limits sometimes hit with SPF records. The tool is easy to implement just by adding DMARC records to the domain which switch on reporting on the domain. We use the tool constantly to monitor our domains. Initially their ability to monitor when DNS changes were made that affected DMARC compliance was a challenge, this has since been improved and you can now setup monitoring to get visibility of this. The forensic reporting capability is hard to use and sometimes understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Red Sift OnDMARC for about three months to manage our email authentication setup, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MTA-STS. The experience has been excellent.
What really stood out to me was the ease of use. The platform provides comprehensive, clear insights into our domain's email security posture, making it easy to understand and act on issues. One of the biggest advantages is how it manages SPF records dynamically, eliminating the need to manually maintain the DNS entries—a huge time-saver.
The support from Red Sift during setup and configuration was also top-notch. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the onboarding process smooth and efficient.
Overall, I would recommend Red Sift OnDMARC to anyone looking to simplify and strengthen their domain's email security. It's a reliable, user-friendly solution backed by excellent service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One small drawback I noticed was that some parts of the interface could feel a bit unintuitive at first, especially when interpreting certain report views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OnDmarc is a great product. We have been albe to manage our SPF records with ease and have been albe to get over the 10 SPF Record limit. Trying to manually adjust SPF records was tedious. This allowed us to combine all our authorized senders into one dynamic include, so we don’t have to worry about SPF breaking. Our emails are now getting delivered properly, and we don’t have to constantly mess with DNS records. It is a set it and forget it tool and we are very with the services provided.
Also has other helpful features such as Dynamic DKIM, DMARC. The support team is very knowledgeable and was able to help us fairly quickly with our queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While onDmarc identifies problems and provides clear recommendations, it doesn’t automatically fix SPF, DKIM, or DMARC issues for you. You still need to manually update your DNS records to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After evaluating several DMARC platforms, we were really impressed with how user-friendly the interface was. The dynamic records made the setup process very straightforward, and having an expert available to guide us through the implementation reassured us that we were on the right track. It took a few months to implement, as we wanted to ensure that no services would be impacted by the change. However, monthly calls with the consultant, who analyzed the data, confirmed that the advice given was correct and spot on. We have now implemented DMARC, and it is working as expected. OnDMARC was easy to set up and has a very clean UI. Their customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable.
We were able to set our DMARC to reject very quickly.
Its dynamic service helps us to overcome our SPF lookup limit issue and makes looking after our SPF and DKIM records simpler.
They also made deploying BIMI and VMC very easy.
Lastly, our account manager Lucy is helpful and always responsive to our queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found nothing to dislike after using it for 4 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is very intuitive and pulls through a lot of necessary information in an easy to digest way.
When looking at DMARC policies for instance, you can quickly check the domain status and for domains which are in passive mode you can check what email traffic has been observed and whether it is compliant with just a few clicks.
Support has also been very quick to assist where needed and is happy to arrange times to do health checks and discuss next steps for increasing the security posture of managed domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have anything negative to say. I have enjoyed using the product and have not really bumped into any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It provides rock solid protection for our email security/brand and is easy to use and the support engineers, access to support, customer success managers and the whole setup in fact, in my experience in dealing with vendores for over 20 years - these are by far the best I ever worked with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing springs to mind - prehaps they undersell themselves ! and how good they are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support team is not only knowledgeable, but is eager to assist you, and makes sure they are giving you the right info. This is critical when dealing with email for us. The software is easy to setup and use, provides helpful diagnostic tools, guidance, and readily links clear documentation. BIMI application and deployment was on rails. Depending on your spam filtering setup, if emails are being delivered via ARC, OnDMARc cannot see this, and may present this as failures. This can lead to some initial confusion in reporting, but it is not a flaw in the product (as their reports are true), but is important to be aware of in deployment.
