It is super easy to use and integrate with our internal data base. I use it pretty much everyday as my source of truth to track my KPI's and overall performance. As a user of Qobra, I find the access to the information clear and veyr useful, it is easy to navigate and understand the data, easy to manage my team and understand and review their commissions. We can taylor the tool to our own specific needs and use our own terminology making it easier to use to anyone in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some calculations are harder to understand if they are by design complex. It may be usseful ot have "advanced" views to be able to see more details and data, or calculation steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qobra provides a clear view on how the bonus / comissions are calculated. I like that it allows the "bonus owner" to understand all the details of the calculation and even download csvs with invoice details to double check it. I like the feature of having discussions with other areas within the tool, so everything is tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
