Which EDI tools have the best customer support?

I’m evaluating EDI software and one of my top priorities is responsive, helpful customer support — especially during onboarding and partner setup. A good support team can make a big difference when you’re new to EDI or dealing with complex requirements.

Here are a few EDI tools I’m considering. If you’ve had experience with any of these, I’d love to hear how the support team performed.

  1. SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI: Built for retail and known for managed services. Curious how hands-on their support is during trading partner setup.
  2. TrueCommerce EDI: Offers onboarding support and dedicated account teams. Interested in how well they handle technical escalations and custom workflows.
  3. eZCom Software EDI: Frequently praised for its customer service. May be a strong fit for teams that value one-on-one assistance and quick responses.
  4. Cleo Integration Cloud: Offers both self-service and managed support options. Would love insight into how they perform for small teams vs large enterprises.
  5. Celigo: Integration-first platform with support available during setup and scaling. Curious how their support team handles EDI-specific questions.
