What do you like best about Aislelabs Connect?
Aislelabs works great for us! Once the guest connects we retrieve their info in this platform that has insights and settings. The Splash Page that the user gets once they are connected to the internet can be edited easily. We usually put up Opentable, Trip Advisor & Google Reviews so we can gran feedback quickly or if theres an event or a gift card promotion, we upload the site too. This platform has a remarketing area where you can set up a custom mailing template (drag & drop style) and send it through here. But if you have your own email marketing you can download your Aislelabs user database into a spreadsheet and use it elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Aislelabs Connect?
We haven't seen any flaws for now. Maybe the setup can be a little difficult for a computer newbie but the representative will explain very well and will get the hang of it now that the platform is clean and well organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
