What do you like best about AWS Cloud?

All services with pay as you go feature, global infrastructure, scalability & flexibility, security, more than 300 services including AI&ML all in one place, IAC code and automation, ease of implementation and good customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Cloud?

Complex pricing structure, it has costing for each and every services for if you use it for a minute or two, documentation in not very much proper in each document you have to go to another document to get more info about that. GUI changes very frequently somehow we get usedto the gui but the moment we get used to it the gui changes which make it difficult to understand the gui. support plans are costly if you want more better support for ease of implementation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AWS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

On-prem environment is more hard to handles with CAPEX and OPEX with cloud it is more easy to handle and can do autoscaling based on resources with ease of pay as you go method, no need to manage infrastructure, high availibilty and disaster recovery, security improvement and cost management is also easy we get each and every minute details of how much we used our services. What do you like best about Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)?

What I like most about Amazon S3 is the ease of storing and accessing large volumes of data in a secure and scalable way. The integration with other AWS services is extremely smooth, and the ability to configure different storage classes (such as Standard, Glacier, and Intelligent-Tiering) allows for cost optimization as needed. The high availability and durability of the data are also strong points that provide a lot of confidence in using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)?

What I like least about Amazon S3 is the pricing structure, which can become complex, especially for those working with large volumes of data and multiple requests. It would also be interesting to have more detailed usage monitoring dashboards natively, without relying on integrations with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazon S3 solves the problem of scalable and secure data storage, whether for backup, analysis, or content distribution. It facilitates the management of large volumes of files without the need to maintain your own infrastructure. This is benefiting me by reducing operational costs, improving project scalability, and ensuring that data is always available and protected, regardless of volume or access frequency. What do you like best about AWS Cloud?

The first thing I like about AWS cloud is it's user friendly user interface and the documentation it offers for its users.

Being the largest cloud provider, it offers vast number of features that one can implement in their software development workflows.

The learning opportunities and contents that AWS offers is very much useful to cloud learners who begin with AWS as their first cloud platform.

Easy integration with multiple other platforms makes it easier for developers to work with in their software development process and day-to-day activities utilising AWS cloud.

Implementing a new workflow in AWS is much easier and simpler compared to the competitors.

The customer support AWS offers is really fantastic, including the basic support that it offers even with free of cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Cloud?

Given that AWS cloud has plenty of features, the cost of those features really comes at higher price compared to the other cloud providers such as Azure and GCP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AWS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

AWS solves the need for a data center for hosting and deploying our applications.

As a startup, it was much easier for us to implement new resources in AWS and reduced the time required to launch our product in the market.

It offers multiple services which are readily available in AWS with much less configuration changes needed.

It helps us save costs and focus on building the business instead of managing the data center and its servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)?

The most important feature which makes it standout in the market is, integration with other AWS services. And it enhances its functionality, making it seamless to use within the AWS ecosystem. Another best features are scalability and flexibility. Amazon S3 has different storage classes which your purpose according to the requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)?

Latency can be an issue sometimes as AWS S3 is optimized for high availability instead of low latency. Pricing is competitive as compared to other Cloud Service Providers. Apart from these, I have never come across anything to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3) can be used as a centralized data lake. We are working on a web application developement for a client. And the web application performance need to be monitored in real-time by analyzing logs and user events. Logs and events from various sources (web servers, applications, databases) are pushed continuously to S3 bucket by using Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose. On the other hand, S3 event notification triggers an AWS Lambda function everytime new log data is uploaded to S3 bucket. AWS Lambda processes the log data to filter, transform and enrich in real time, such as extracting IP addresses, URLs, reputation, categorizing event types etc. The processed log data and user events are then stored in S3 Glacier for long-term archiving. By using Amazon S3, we have implemented real-time monitoring which benefits both operational insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AWS Cloud?

I've been using AWS for over 12 years, and it’s no exaggeration to say it helped shape my career. I've built products on AWS that have impacted industries and people, and the platform has never let me down. The breadth, reliability, and depth of services have made it possible to move fast, scale confidently, and bring big ideas to life.

What’s equally impressive is that their customer-centric philosophy isn’t just talk — it’s real. Every interaction I’ve had, especially in moments of need through support, has reinforced that they genuinely care about their users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AWS Cloud?

AWS Cloud is the best cloud service provider for B2B companies and large B2C companies. My B2B company has five software (3 Business Software and 2 Management Software) deployed on AWS, and it provides us very smooth response. Before every business deal we always show our website to the client for more information about our company. In my 3+ years of experience in AWS our website never faced any bad server experience or security issue in AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Cloud?

Currently I am using AWS and our website is uploaded to AWS using CI/CD GitHub Actions. The response is so good and smooth. so currently I'm not facing any problems using AWS, that's why I don't dislike the AWS cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AWS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my company there are total of five softwares (3 Business Software and 2 Management Software) are deployed on AWS Cloud. I have 3+ years of experience and I never faced any server outage or network failure problem. When I started working on AWS Cloud it provided me 750 hours of free usage which is awesome to experience AWS. I use products like S3 bucket, An EC2 instance and CodeDeploy with GitHub action for CI/CD on AWS, So that the website always have some developement, fixings and live 24/7. According to me AWS Cloud is great for B2B and large B2C companies because as we know in these companies we have to show our website or portal to the clients.
