Extended-thinking mode that lets the model invoke web search and other tools mid-conversation, ideal for multi-step data analysis and research workflows.
Best-in-class coding performance (72 %+ on SWE-bench) with sustained focus over hours, allowing me to refactor large monorepos without context fragmentation.
Parallel tool execution and a new code-execution sandbox exposed through the API, which shorten feedback loops when automating CI/CD or unit-test generation.
Memory API that persists domain facts between sessions, so the agent gradually builds tacit product knowledge and stops repeating discovery questions.
Strict enterprise-grade security: ASL-3 safety layer, audit logs, and regional data residency options that satisfied both our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits.
Hybrid response modes (near-instant vs. deep-reasoning) let me trade latency for depth programmatically, keeping user-facing chat snappy while background agents think harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's definitely one of the best models out there, but the cost is on the higher side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Claude does a great job with tables and charts — it actually makes sense of the data and pulls out the key points without much effort on my end. It’s also really helpful for digging into financials, planning ahead, and breaking big goals into smaller, manageable steps. The way it organizes info makes everything feel a lot more clear and less overwhelming.
I also use it for research and getting the bigger picture, especially when looking into new markets or unfamiliar topics.
I’ve made it part of my regular workflow, and honestly, it’s been a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality of the texts could be better because they often come out a bit rough or too promotional and emotional. ChatGPT handles this much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Okay, full disclosure - our software runs on Microsoft cloud so I should probably be using Copilot, but I can't deny that Claude is my actual go-to. I work in Marketing at a field service software company, and Claude has become my daily resource for brainstorming, writing copy, research, technical questions, and so much more.
The biggest thing is the writing quality. We actually test prompts across different LLMs on my team, and Claude consistently comes up with more creative, less generic ideas than ChatGPT. It feels like bouncing ideas off a friend rather than talking to a robot.
I use it when I'm stuck and need to "find the words." I can just dump my stream-of-consciousness thoughts into the chat and get back something structured that I can actually edit. It saves me tons of time because I'm not staring at a blank page anymore.
What I really appreciate is that Claude will admit when it doesn't know something instead of just making stuff up like other AI tools do. I appreciate the honesty! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used to have issues with prompt limits and lack of ability to research, but that's been solved with upgrading my subscription and the new update to Claude 4, respectively. It currently has a knowledge cutoff of Oct 2024, but this doesn't typically get in the way of my business uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I realized what a piece of junk Clause was, it was easy to cancel my subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Claude has been a complete waste of my time and money. The AI consistently fails to understand even basic requests and produces useless, rambling responses that miss the point entirely. Despite all the marketing hype about 'advanced intelligence,' it performs worse than much older AI systems. The subscription is highway robbery for what you actually get - an AI that can't follow simple instructions and constantly needs clarification. The interface might look nice, but it's just a pretty wrapper for a fundamentally broken product. Customer service is practically non-existent when you try to report issues. I've canceled my subscription and would strongly advise anyone considering Claude to save their money. There are numerous free alternatives that actually work as advertised, unlike this overhyped disappointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it's accurate, it's quite good, but.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's often quite inaccurate and doesn't follow directions. Ask it to complete a task and it will complete a small subset then ask if you want it to proceed. This wastes your message alottment. It also makes mistakes, really obvious issues and doesn't learn from corrections. You have to check the work and tell it about the errors. And the messages back and forth about the errors use up your message allottment. Incredibly frustrating after all this back and forth to then have Claude block me from using the account for hours - it told me I'd hit my message limit today and have to wait 5 hours to use it again. After all this, I still don't have a usuable output from it. And I'm paying for the professional model. Customer service was not helpful. Told me they have no ability to override the message limit so I can use it before the 5 hour freeze. And told me to just message it less in the future. How is that even helpful? Claude is designed to not only reserarch, but provide a creative point of view when prompted correctly. It follows an outline and improves plot narratives! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After a certain number of messages, Claude goes on a 'time-out' for a few hours, making it unusable during that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Claude AI is excellent for coding assistance, especially with its clear and structured explanations. It doesn’t just provide solutions but also explains the logic, which helps me understand complex code and learn as I go. It’s also very responsive, making it feel like a real-time coding partner. Moreover, having ability to organize multiple files in parallel provides seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, Claude's responses are too detailed, and it can take a moment to reach the main point. A simpler summary option would be helpful. Occasionally, it misses context if questions aren’t worded precisely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Claude's Sonnet 4.0 LLM is unrivaled when it comes to generating quality copy. I've tried them all, and I always come back to Claude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Claude.ai did a better job making "Projects" usable from outside of said project... similar to what chatGPT is doing with GPTs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to create Mockups using natural language
I can share existing designs and it builds mocks on top of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it takes way too much to understand and implement the feedbacks
Navigating to older mocks in a long chat is cumbersome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- I appreciate how easy it is to interact with Claude AI and get the help I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using the free version of Claude AI, and while it shows promise, I've found it to be quite limited. The number of prompts I can use is restricted, and the length of our chats is too short. This makes it difficult to fully explore the capabilities of the AI or get meaningful assistance. I understand that the free version is intended to be a teaser, but I hope the developers will consider expanding its capabilities or offering more flexible pricing plans. Until then, I'll have to weigh the limitations against the benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
