I don't like that there is a lot of dependency on the AppDome staff to register a new member. I also don't like the data visualization (since the last update it is limited to the last three months) and if we need specific data (such as the total number of users using the applications with AppDome) we need to request it by email and this takes a long time (even weeks). After an extensive market review and proof-of-value assessment, Appdome stood out to us as the leading mobile RASP solution. We liked how their cloud SaaS solution could be quickly deployed and integrated with our mobile app and CI/CD platform, without extensive coding and complex integration steps. They offered the most comprehensive and robust list of mobile app protections, and we especially like that none of them require extensive coding to integrate with our mobile app. Most of the protections are simply applied by toggling a switch. This has saved our mobile development team countless hours of development time and quickly gave us ROI by selecting Appdome. We spent a long time looking at different security options because our requirements were very specific and relatively unique. We found various competing companies who could achieve 75% of what we were looking for, but Appdome was the only company we found who could do everything we needed. Having used them now for nearly 6 months, we're glad we chose them because everything has worked exactly as we'd hoped. Possibly the best aspect has been the excellent level of support we've received from Appdome's team. They were incredibly hands-on in helping us with the initial integration of the software, which was a lot more straightforward than we'd expected. Any small technical issues we encountered were fixed incredibly quickly and it genuinely feels like we've got an in-house security team that we can call on for help if we need it. The only downside is that their service is more expensive than the alternatives we were considering. As a small company with a limited budget this meant we needed to strip our licence right down to the specific security features we need the most, rather than being able to cover all potential bases. Appdome makes it incredibly easy to add up to date security protections to our mobile apps without requiring native code changes. The no-code integration process saves our team significant development time and effort.

The Appdome platform is easy to use, reliable, and provides several options for adding layers of security to your mobile apps. In addition to a intuitive UI, the CLI tools and pipeline integration capabilities allowed us to quickly and easily add it to our DevSecOps pipeline. In addition to the actual tooling, the people standing behind the solution are awesome. The Appdome customer support team has been right there by our side as we integrated & rolled out our mobile apps. Their proactive support approach + onboarding and training sessions have been instrumental in our ability to quickly replace our previous solution and hit the ground running with Appdome's superior security protections. One of the things I like most about Appdome is the ease of integrating with our applications. Its implementation is quite intuitive, in addition to offering numerous features focused on mobile device security. During the integration, we had a series of problems; however, the support we received was always very helpful, always going the extra mile to identify and resolve the issues, such as opening an account at Unicred, even with the capital quota amount to be paid. I believe that the method of log capture could be improved, not locally, but in the cloud, in order to facilitate the analysis of errors and related issues.
