What do you like best about AudioEye?

The dashboard has been upgraded with a modern look since the initial integration with Vendasta. It looks good and is simple, and easy to navigate.

- AudioEye is easy to install with verbose instructions.

-The high level reports regarding remediation steps are clear, and provide actionable info. The filtered sharing links for reports are an excellent idea!

- The per issue reports provide good detail, including scope(pages affected), impact(frequency visitors have run into it), remediation details, and are transparent around what scan dates they pertain to.

-A legal consultation option.

- Quick, obvious access to help and dev docs from main page & contextually from sub pages.

The Vendasta integration appears to be pretty tight, and in good shape overall. Website changes on a Vendasta account are even reflected instantly via component re-rendering in the AudioEye dashboard! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

Minor dashboard quirks - I have emailed a Miro board with direct feedback to our AudioEye contact, as some details are irrelevant to G2 Audience.

I'm not fully clear on how AudioEye's plugin goes about auto-fixing certain issues. I couldn't find any details on this anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AudioEye?

Our Partner Account Manager (Stephen) is great to work with. He always has any info and patiently waits on us for anything. He follows up on any issues & provides updates on outstanding items that are in progress. Service levels are easy to understand and make sense for our clients. AudioEye helps ensure the importance of Web Accessibility is conveyed to our clients by supplying us resources and materials. What do you like best about AudioEye?

this is the best platform that I came across and the best thing that I like about this tool is that it fixes the error on the website in just a real time, without any delay. This is really good they make it simple for not the tech savvy person like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I said that already, that this tool just checks the website details fastly & finds any errors or any thing that can cause me the legal issue, this is best because many times, I have been not able to maintain the legal guidelines because of less awareness but with this tool, it so easy & good. it really saves me from worrying & save my time. As a web designer, functionality and accessibility is a top priority, and AudioEye has been a game-changer. In the past, I relied on clunky plugins that didn’t clearly identify what needed to be fixed or whether a site was truly accessible. AudioEye streamlines the process, providing accurate insights and real-time remediation. It saves my team and I time, ensures compliance, and makes creating an inclusive web so much easier. Some complex issues still require human review and adjustments to ensure full compliance. Not sure if this is a "dislike" as there are a lot of things that still human interaction. What do you like best about AudioEye?

As a marketing manager, I know that it is exceedingly important that we provide website accessibility to all. Still, the thought of reviewing our entire site to correct issues and then consistently monitoring for accessibility was intimidating. It's not my area of expertise. AudioEye made it easy to get in and stay in compliance. The dashboard is easy to use, and help is easily obtained. They are also an honest company! When building a new website, our new provider featured AudioEye as part of their contract with us. We still sent in our subscription renewal but were contacted by an account manager who told us we had been issued a full refund. They had already processed our refund before we discovered the error. What do you like best about AudioEye?

The things that I like most that how easy it is to accessible the website tools and quite simple to use. I have used it for some time and it feels like it is a bit expensive Sometimes it takes time getting in touch with the agent directly because of the chatbots but the agents were always helpful but at the same time I would say, the services are good to be used. As long as I used this service, AudioEye is absolutely doing a good job in solving the problems of the accessibility of the websites, and sometimes, the problem that I am facing on my website, it gets automatically resolved if it is something minor by chats bots as well , with articles also. It does not take much time to detect the issues that is the thing I really like the most about this because sometime we never know when we are violating the rules , so it detelects & tell and , provide a good support as well. What do you like best about AudioEye?

Audio Eye is designed to fix the ADA issues automatically. I believe this tool makes it easy to fix the ADA, and it guides the developer or tool users on how to fix the issues. It is user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AudioEye?

Some of the issues are reported to developers, which are already fixed. Also, I felt that the 7 days of review/fix time is to be reduced. Other than that, I am happy to use the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
