Real-time employee expense management & reimbursement

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Unlike other solutions that require you to switch credit card programs, Emburse Spend works with any corporate card. You can integrate seamlessly with your existing program or opt for Emburse Cards if they’re the best fit. This means no disruptions, just complete control over your spend management.

Second, Emburse Spend removes the arbitrary employee-generated expense report from the process - making submitting and reviewing expenses faster and more accurate. Each expense is submitted and entered into the system in real time, giving admins instant visibility into spend. Expenses can then be organized by employee (similar to a traditional expense report), project, client, time interval, or any custom data point important to your business. Reviewing expenses in meaningful combinations (i.e. all of the expenses for a Project sorted by Category) helps you extract insights and context that wouldn't be apparent if you were to only look at an employee-generated expense report.

I love that it reminds me when there is a charge and that I can simptake a picture of a receipt and then easier find and upload it when I do my expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of anything. I don't like having to remember a password- but every site requires them now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do my expenses weekly instead of a big ordeal at the end of the month and I can easily upload receipts.No need to print them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The transactions do not show up automatically and one has to wait 2-3 days before they show up. It would help greatly to see even the pending transactions to show up right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
