Everything is visible to all the people involved with the fleets. A record is kept on the cost of all the repairs were you can see it in a timely manner. It sends out reminders. the platform is very user friendly. I love the dashboard and all of the reminders. the ease of adding information about my equipment and choosing a preventative maintenance plan. also adding invoices to the correct vehicles. also the integration with GoMotive and Samara as well. I think that work orders and resovling issues on work orders should be better streamlined. Too many steps. I used a program before and it would create work orders from issues stated on our companies DVIR system. Not having to populate issues, then make a work order. Fleetio is a well put together, fleet management software that helps you keep track of any metric you could need for your fleet. The cost is more then fair and the fact that you do not need to sign multi-year contracts makes this a no brainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, the only downside has been when linking to an API for your fleet tracking / ELD, it does not pull past data. So your analytics will start tracking from the day you link the accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found many cons to Fleetio, honestly. I do wish there was a system to scan keys in and out and track who had them last. Additonally, maybe a central message board for quick updates on where trucks are going or if they have a special application they need to be saved for. Or even a "getting serviced" calendar. Having an app on my driver's phones is awesome and it makes it simple to get them to do the vehicle inspections. It's so simple and easily accessible that they don't mind doing them. Fleetio has helped our company keep track of our vehicles and their needs i.e. registration/oil changes/issues, etc. We use it for inventory purposes and to keep track of what vehicle each driver is in. Fleetio was obviously built by people in the industry - this has everything I could ask for in this kind of software. We have a relatively small fleet (27 vehicles), but I can see how this would make managing a fleet of 10 or 1,000 vehicles simple. My favorite features are the inspections/issue creations - if a driver reports an issue while doing an inspection, it will automatically email a list of people and create an "issue" page in Fleetio so we can immediately address and track the issue. This makes communicating when we are not all in the same place so simple, and following up could not be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly do not have any dislikes with Fleetio. It does everything I could ask for and then some. As I use the software more and become more familiar with it, I find more and more features that we are using in our day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
