Fleetio is the best fleet management solution anyone can use its have all the things we need to manage a fleet like , parts, drivers, vehicles, equipment, etc. its saves time and it is cost efficient also . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for dislike it is not a major issue but small vendors can not afford fleetio we they need a team to manage it but small vendors have very tight budget so it can be a dislike . mostly we can get help from it but at a high price . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What differentiates Fleetio is its beautiful, intuitive interface and shortened implementation time. Our team was up and live in days with no lengthy training required. The dashboard simplifies vehicle status tracking, maintenance scheduling, and fuel logging. I like how well they integrate with our GPS tracking and telematics equipment too. Customer support is proactive and responsive, and their help guide is teeming with real-world, practical resources. With all the great features Fleetio offers, the flexibility of the reporting options leaves something to be desired. The pre-built reports offer decent functionality for basic tracking however, they can tend to be overly constrictive when more detailed or customized information is needed. Another challenge I’ve run into is with the mobile app. It works well for the most part, but has difficulty syncing in low-signal areas. The integration process with a few of our other tools was a little complicated; there were a number of obstacles which took longer than expected. Nonetheless, Fleetio's customer support quickly responded and guided us through those problems. In summary, despite the bumps, Fleetio has done miracles to streamline our fleet management. I appreciate the fact that there are so many components to each asset you add to your fleet on the portal. You can save basically everything about the vehicle or equipment plus all expenses for repairs and such until the end of it's life. Having everything all in one place is great. My only complaint is that some of the things are not quick and easy to key. Like dates for example, you have to key the entire date including year. It would be great if it defaulted to the current year and you only type the year if it is a previous year. This is helpful with the data entry piece. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited Advanced Reporting Visuals: While reports are detailed, they lack robust data visualization tools, making some insights harder to interpret quickly.Occasionally, the mobile app can have syncing delays or connectivity glitches, especially in areas with poor internet. What I like best is the service reminders, it keeps me up-to-date on current mileage and services of each vehicle in our fleet, fleetio makes it easier for me to delegate trips to the shop to our drivers and trust their billing the right account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I only found one thing I didn’t like about fleetio, when we would take a vehicle to the shop for an oil change it allowed the shop to change air filter and windshield wipers I think with better video education and more studying, but nothing like that would ever happen again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
