The synchronization with Salesforce is a huge advantage—it makes the tool extremely simple to use for every team member and allows for very fast contract creation, which is essential for our workflow. It’s also user-friendly, with a clean UX that encourages quick adoption across teams.
Another key strength is the support: the team is very available and attentive, especially during onboarding and training. Our account manager is extremely responsive and helpful, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations.

We’ve occasionally experienced overly aggressive upselling from the GetAccept sales team, to the point where they reached out to higher-level managers who were not the right stakeholders. This created some internal frustration and can damage the tool’s reputation internally.

Overall our experience with GetAccept is great. We are using the Dynamics 365 CE integration with managed connectors towards GetAccept, that one was a bit cumbersome to setup. And recently we had some problems in that integrations that took a while to sort out. But in the end we managed with great support from the GetAccept team to get it up and running again. But if we would have re-built the integration, we would maybe have considered going for the GetAccept APIs and events instead of the Dynamics 365 CE connectors. GetAccept has made it very easy for salespeople across our entire business to generate sales contracts and win more business. It's an efficient tool with a lot of useful features, that integrates really well into our CRM.
Their new rooms feature is also proving to be a useful addition, as this will help us to manage our customer journeys a lot better. These rooms also link in to our CRM already, and the setup was pretty straightforward to achieve some initial results.

The "Editor" content builder in GetAccept needs a few more updates to improve the look and feel of their documents when they are downloaded as a PDF file.

Kiera our Customer Success Manager has been incredible, the support and training are top tier. The Get Accept tool is easy to use and setup, and the dashboard very useful. I love the transparency of behavior from the sale! Immediately, I know when it was received, opened, read, watched, ect. Plus I can know exactly how much time was spent on every inch of my proposal. In addition I can embed videos and even send personalized content to make the experience more intimate and relatable. I can interact directly with the client, gather feedback and answer questions much easier than back and forths from emails. Once ready, it seamlessly transfers to a signable document, without having to convert and upload. My first proposal was sent, accepted, signed and filed in under 1 hour from the initial send! Customizing content is a little challenging. It feels clunky to adjust a bunch of blocks and organize to what you are trying to send to the customer. From the Contract side, it's super user-friendly and easy to navigate and looks great and presents professionally to our clients. Having everything searchable and accessible in one place has been a huge time-saver. The ability to automate reminders, make amendments and add new recipients is also extremely useful.
We love the Deal Room templates and how easily we can adapt them for each product. They’re simple to design and have been invaluable when presenting initial deals to our clients. There’s still lots for us to learn in terms of refining our approach but it’s already a huge improvement over sending Google Docs and individual decks that often get lost on our internal drive! Not much to improve! In a dream world, it would be amazing if updates made to a piece of content could automatically sync across all live Deal Rooms — rather than having to update each one individually.
