What do you like best about GetAccept?

The synchronization with Salesforce is a huge advantage—it makes the tool extremely simple to use for every team member and allows for very fast contract creation, which is essential for our workflow. It’s also user-friendly, with a clean UX that encourages quick adoption across teams.

Another key strength is the support: the team is very available and attentive, especially during onboarding and training. Our account manager is extremely responsive and helpful, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations.

At one point, we needed to set up an API integration, and the team was very responsive and supportive in helping me configure the webhooks properly. Their technical support was quick, clear, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

We’ve occasionally experienced overly aggressive upselling from the GetAccept sales team, to the point where they reached out to higher-level managers who were not the right stakeholders. This created some internal frustration and can damage the tool’s reputation internally.

We primarily use GetAccept for our kitchen customers but also to send quotes for appliances – and it has truly elevated our customer communication to a new level. What do you like best about GetAccept?

GetAccept is a user friendly tool that our Salespeople, HR, Customer Service and Management understands. It feels good to have all digitally signed agreements in one place as a source of truth. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Overall our experience with GetAccept is great. We are using the Dynamics 365 CE integration with managed connectors towards GetAccept, that one was a bit cumbersome to setup. And recently we had some problems in that integrations that took a while to sort out. But in the end we managed with great support from the GetAccept team to get it up and running again. But if we would have re-built the integration, we would maybe have considered going for the GetAccept APIs and events instead of the Dynamics 365 CE connectors. What do you like best about GetAccept?

GetAccept has made it very easy for salespeople across our entire business to generate sales contracts and win more business. It's an efficient tool with a lot of useful features, that integrates really well into our CRM.

Their new rooms feature is also proving to be a useful addition, as this will help us to manage our customer journeys a lot better. These rooms also link in to our CRM already, and the setup was pretty straightforward to achieve some initial results.

What do you dislike about GetAccept?

The "Editor" content builder in GetAccept needs a few more updates to improve the look and feel of their documents when they are downloaded as a PDF file.

What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping our salespeople to quickly and efficiently create and send sales contracts to our prospects or existing customers. They can use the GetAccept integration to manage this process from our CRM, which helps to keep our contract data synced with our sales reporting data. Our contract templates and rules for sales contracting can now be controlled and defined centrally - removing the need to spend a lot of time checking, editing or reissuing new contracts due to errors or manual changes. What do you like best about GetAccept?

Kiera our Customer Success Manager has been incredible, the support and training are top tier. The Get Accept tool is easy to use and setup, and the dashboard very useful. We had to do all our subscription and contract changes manually internally, but now with Get Accept we have given the sales reps this ability to cut out the admin/middle man and to speed up the closing process, whilst giving our customers peace of mind with clear visibility and security in their contract. What do you like best about GetAccept?

I love the transparency of behavior from the sale! Immediately, I know when it was received, opened, read, watched, ect. Plus I can know exactly how much time was spent on every inch of my proposal. In addition I can embed videos and even send personalized content to make the experience more intimate and relatable. I can interact directly with the client, gather feedback and answer questions much easier than back and forths from emails. Once ready, it seamlessly transfers to a signable document, without having to convert and upload. My first proposal was sent, accepted, signed and filed in under 1 hour from the initial send! What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Customizing content is a little challenging. It feels clunky to adjust a bunch of blocks and organize to what you are trying to send to the customer. What do you like best about GetAccept?

From the Contract side, it's super user-friendly and easy to navigate and looks great and presents professionally to our clients. Having everything searchable and accessible in one place has been a huge time-saver. The ability to automate reminders, make amendments and add new recipients is also extremely useful.

We love the Deal Room templates and how easily we can adapt them for each product. They’re simple to design and have been invaluable when presenting initial deals to our clients. There’s still lots for us to learn in terms of refining our approach but it’s already a huge improvement over sending Google Docs and individual decks that often get lost on our internal drive! Not much to improve! In a dream world, it would be amazing if updates made to a piece of content could automatically sync across all live Deal Rooms — rather than having to update each one individually.
