There is poor subdomain support - you can't easily stop the widgets loading on a subdomain like blog.*

The Zapier integration only works if setup via the GSC website, not the Zapier website.

Finally, and most disappointing, is the support service. There is a good response time but I am consistently told they're unable to help. There is always a sense they are doing the minimum they can when offering support.

There are some good targeting options but these could be made a little more advanced in my view, e.g. targeting people who've viewed (or not viewed) certain pages in the current session. Coding goives you much more options and items, so if you want to make your website according to yourself fully, then coding is required like .php.
