What do you like best about Kaana?

They are extremely knowledgeable within the Zuora world. They understand all of our three systems, Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite and how they all work together. They are also helping with some of our external integrations and how those should interact with all of the systems we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaana?

LeadTo is small and sometimes they are very busy. I haven't encountered a time though when they weren't willing to meet earlier or later in the day to fit us in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
