Une fois les liens de démonstration paramétrés, l'utilisation au quotidien est brillamment simple et fluide.
J'apprécie le côté très "clés en main" de la solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Loading times are sometimes a little long (mainly when launching the app, but also, occasionally, when loading pages), which may mean we have to ease the customer's discomfort.
This is important, as customers have no idea that what we're showing them is not the site, but a demo tool.
So we want to send them a signal that the site is responsive and fluid.
- Impossible to go back in a demo: very penalizing!
- Link creation is very tedious!
Why reduce the link editing/creation area to a small pane on the right, and not on the big screen?
I find the overall link creation process unintuitive: entering key info, arranging it etc. willing to do a deep-dive on this if need be.
- Impossible to return to the Navattic homepage once you've visited the page dedicated to a demo pipe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navattic empowers our team to create no-code interactive demos that allow prospects to get hands-on with our product early in the buying journey. Unlike traditional product demos that require scheduling with sales reps or cumbersome trial setups, Navattic lets us embed interactive experiences directly on our website, in email campaigns, and throughout the sales cycle. While Navattic is nearly perfect for our needs, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The initial setup of each demo can sometimes be a bit fiddly, resulting in some redundant work to ensure consistency across screens. While the customization options are good, more advanced design flexibility would be welcome for perfect brand alignment. The pricing structure might be challenging for smaller startups or teams with limited budgets who aren't yet sure what interactive demo platform best suits their needs. Consensus However, the value delivered more than justifies the investment for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a very easy and intuitive tool to pick up, and you have your first demo/tour up and running in no time. Onboarding and support is great from the team.
There's a lot of cool advanced features that makes it even cooler, and you quickly pick them up, and get great advice from the CSM as well.
We build new tours quite often now, and we use it in our sales process, where our teams can make personalized demos if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
THere's not much to dislike. I think the hardest part is actually what to show about your own product in the tours. This was what took us the longest. There's a few minor glitches once in a while with the capture tool, but the support team are often quick to help you out and suggest ways to fix it.
One thing I dislike is the "Powered by Navattic" on the first screen of the tours, when you have paid for the product, it's a bit annoying that is has to be there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that the product demos use a live HTML environment is hands-down the biggest value add for Navattic's product. In my role, 90% of what I do is coaching and training users on how to perform various website tasks that are required when assigning our online homework software/ebook chapters. Instead of explaining where to click, or what a certain element looks like, Navattic allows users to learn by doing in a demo that looks exactly like the real thing. The Demos I have created have cut my live-support time in half, allowing me to focus more on customers who need more hand-holding or have more complex requests. There's very little I dislike. I've run into a few scenarios while creating a flow where a webpage may be cut off slightly or navigating through something like a paywall/password screen doesn't work properly, but my CSMs (Kaylie Jensen and Alisa Feng) from Navattic are always responsive when this happens. How easy it just all is. Capturing the screens, connecting them, highlighting, adding text. Plus the HubSpot integration and features are really beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is somewhat of a learning curve and it does take time to put together longer demos. But after the first 1-2 you get a lost faster, and really thats just what it takes to put together an impactful demo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navattic is super easy to use, creating an outstanding user experience. It also does a fantastic job replicating the look and feel of the actual solution while allowing for on-screen edits reflected in the tour. That's super handy for newish solutions that might not have the entire customer journey ready for prime time.
However, all of this said -- my favorite things about Navattic are 1) their commitment to customer service and support. The CS team is amazing and always quick to respond. If I don't know the answer right away, they will. 2) The solution is constantly evolving for the better. The CS team will also capture my feedback about the solution and take it to their development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major complaints from me about Navattic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started with Navattic as a tool to help our Sales Engineering team provide product walkthroughs for specific use cases and marketing for high level marketing demos. After working with the amazing Navattic team, we are now using the tool to support our sales team, support team and even our internal product training! Navattic provides the ability to create interactive walkthroughs that feel like a user is actually in the software itself. This cuts down on user licensing for third party integrations as well! Added bonus!
Just started using Navattics at conferences! If you have not tried this, DO NOT WAIT ANY LONGER! This is a great tool for users to be able to self servce at your booth as well a great talking tool for the sales team. Easily turn the conference version of the demo into a follow up post show! The one thing I would love to see I. The future is a solution for updating demos that use the same screens in one place. This though, has not been figured out by any other similar software applications from what I've seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navattics are a wonderful way for our SE team to continue the education of our software product. This allows prospects to get a "real-life" feel of our product while also guiding them through the software with sales-oriented content ensuring they know the value of their purchase. This has also been used for internal team trainings and has greatly increased product knowledge for our SDR and Seller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process itself is a bit tedious. I would love to see some automation in features and settings. (such as choosing a highlighted beacon for all instead of having to move it from "pulse" for each call out) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navattic is intuitive, is quick to learn, and does what it says on the label. Everything is doable by a layperson with no specialist knowledge. The customer success element was also a highlight: the team was ready in a slack channel to help with any questions and got back to us quickly and thoughtfully. Honestly the toughest part isn't about using Navattic, it's the challenge of aligning everybody internally on the story you're going to tell. What should the product show? What should it focus on? How do we paint the full picture of what the product can do, without making the tour super long? Etc. I found it helpful to outline the whole thing on slides before building in Navattic, that way all the stakeholders could comment with their input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the continual improvement to the tool. The UI has improved drastically over the past year or so, making it much faster and simpler to navigate, edit, build, and train others on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile demo builder has a lot of room for improvement. In a mobile-first world, I find myself having to focus much more on making my content more mobile friendly. Improvements to the mobile builder in Navattic would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
