I've used a lot of email platforms, but Omnisend has been the easiest and most aesthetically pleasing thus far. Integration with my Shopify account and uploading contacts were fast, and I love the recommended automations. Creating campaigns has also been a breeze, and I love the ease of the drag and drop and the implementation. Omnisend is super easy to use which makes it quick to get campaigns out. The automations are a huge time-saver and actually help bring in sales. You can't set a solid background colour on landing pages, it has to be an image. It's not a big issue, but it feels like an easy feature to add. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to use a custom domain for landing pages, which would be really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been on many tools ranging from expensive (Hubspot, Pardot) to reasonable for small business (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) for 15+ years and what I have noticed is that it has been hard to find inexpensive tools that have the same ease of use, features and support as the more expensive ones until now. I stumbled on Omnisend this year and so far I love everything about it. I find it easy to understand, easy to set-up, it has advanced functionality that I need and excellent customer support when I can't figure it out on my own. The integration was unbelievably easy, but for me finding a tool that I would want to work in, integrated SMS easily and connected with Shopify was key. Omnisend has all the info I need to set things up between the onboarding info, the webinars and resource area, but I would love an online checklist lists the things you need to do to get started in a checklist format so you can remember what is done and what should still be done. I signed up for Omnisend awhile ago but have been implementing slowly. I am losing track at times where I left off. I have used this kind of checklist with my clients in Hubspot and Pardot. We’d love to see features like a built-in countdown timer without needing third-party HTML, automatic language detection based on the customer’s browser geolocation at signup, and more affordable pricing — especially since we only use it about three times a month and still pay a significant amount. What I like best about Omnisend is how easy it is to create and automate email and SMS campaigns without needing any technical skills. The drag-and-drop builder is super intuitive, and I love the pre-built workflows that help save time...especially for abandoned cart and welcome series.

One thing I dislike about Omnisend is that the visual automation builder, while powerful, can get a bit cluttered when you have multiple branches or complex workflows
it can be hard to keep track of everything. Also, some of the reporting features feel a bit limited when you're trying to dig deeper into specific segments or compare A/B test results over time. The offer for migration is really helpful to get started. The interface was easy to get used to. I love the preview with dark mode. No need to use apps anymore. I have always used Omnisend's subject line tester so the subject line AI was also very helpful. I was surprised to receive an email and notification about our first sale when we migrated. I like that it works much faster thank klaviyo (page loading speed basically), I like that updates ship faster, I like the speed of technical support, I like support that agencies receive. Partnership manages (Ruta) is amazing. I like that I can affect future updates and my voice actually matters.
