The best thing about performio is that it has everything organised in an easy to direct format. Many sites typically dump all the information into a few pages and numerous tabs, but performio organised everything into a very neat manner, allowing easy use of the platform. Performio could definitely make an improvement with the app. For whatever reason, myself and many of my colleagues struggle to access performio on the mobile app. Most evidently, it requires multiple attempts to sign in and out to successfully sign in and in many instances, it simply does not allow users to login at all. Performio makes it easy to track commissions I earn. I am on two programs with the company: Percentage and Flat Fee. I can quickly see I've submitted for, what needs approval, what has been paid and what is outstanding. Seeing that the majority of my salary is commission, this provides me with peace of mind knowing that I have a program staying on top of the tracking so that I can get paid and take care of my family. I like that it compiles all my client information that I need to see my commission as well as the information I need to know what clients are causing charge backs so I can get the money in as fast as possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be confusing when disputing charge backs and confirming that any disputes have been approved. Sometimes is takes over a day for the system to load updates so it's hard to be sure that the commission is there. Also, a lot of months, there is a very short window to get disputes in. In my 10 years of selling, I had never had a way to digitally approve my monthly commissions until I was introduced to Performio. Seeing an itemized list of sales in real-time means I can check it every day or at the start of every week to make sure I'm staying on track. My actual targets are not clearly visible on the commission dashboard. The accelerator tiers are also wrong since they appear to be calculated on a mtd cycle instead of month by month. e.g. I have 12 sales, the accelerator tier is 11 sales, but my actual monthly target is 16, so it's not possible for me to be on accelerator. The mobile app is also not well optimised, and is basically just the desktop site but formatted for mobile OS. Performio is really helpful in terms of keeping track of your sales, goals, commission and how easy it is to access. I use it every shift to check how im doing. We like the configurability of Performio. It easily manages multiple incentive plans for our agents. Our agents like it for it's display of upcoming payments and the details provided. The dashboard are a great visual to track trajectories.
The integration was very easy and our professional services managers made it easy to understand. We were given documentation to follow after completion.

The most helpful thing about performio is the commission statement because it let’s you look at your summary all at once along with bonus incentive commission makes it easier to access the total at once.
