Overall experience is good, but of course, there are areas that could be improved. Regular updates makes it a bit hard to process exports linked to system easily. Makes it easy to order items for the office/apartment building. Items are categorized and can be found easily for reordering. I use Precoro daily to manage purchase orders. Previously I used another system that was very difficult to understand but I've been able to ease into into this Precoro so much faster. Literally the program is completely self explanatory. I've only had to call customer service once and the call was pretty fast. It was in regards to the app version freezing but that issue was literally taken care of withing minutes. Below are the reasons I love and recommend others to get Precoro:
1. Attaching pictures, invoices, etc.
2. Customize PO approval process
3. Invoices paid from QBO communicates to Precoro which helps managers know payment status without having access to QBO or email AP.

What I appreciate most about Precoro is how easy it is to use for both end users and administrators. Its versatility allows it to adapt to any procurement model or approval flow, making it a great fit for various organizational needs. The email reminders for approvers are particularly helpful in keeping processes on track.
Having been involved in implementing and administering the software, I found it straightforward and requiring very little maintenance. It even offers more features than we needed, which is a wonderful bonus. Additionally, its seamless integration with our other systems has been a huge plus.
Lastly, the customer support team has been incredibly responsive, even with time zone differences. They’ve gone above and beyond by proactively reaching out to inform us about new features that could benefit us.

Allows us to streamline finance approvals by role, threshold, etc. Customizable fields and a simple user interface that covers what we need. The best things in Precoro is the how it's very useful when your business has a lot of Purchase Orders, I really like the approval functions so that no one can just approve a PO unless the set person for approving it, customer support is so easy, they help you right away when you need them. We heavily use Precoro on our day to day basis, we deal with a lot of PO's especially overseas. The step by step process is one of the best parts in Precoro, from Req to PO and PO to an Invoice. I think what they need to improve or add as a feature are: comments should carry over from the Req, to PO and to an Invoice. Also for PO's, they should have a function where you can choose a percentage or amount that you want to pay, some overseas vendors have like 50/50 terms or deposits required to start the order.
