I like it because its connects our organization with clients allowing them to chat, share files, manage tasks, enabling us to communicate effectively and helps us to manage time more efficiently. The fact that it allows us to compare data across projects and identify areas of improvement. The platform provides a safe and reliable environment for our organization to manage their projects with a free version as well as affordable pricing plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I don't dislike anything about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use, simple onboarding and setup, integrations, and embed options for other apps. It simplifies the project management process with my team members and clients. It also allows them and me to feel a sense of security.
When I first got this tool, it took me about 20 minutes to set up, and I could start using it immediately. I love the templates available for creating projects and the ability to use images and videos for my projects. This tool is perfect for freelancers and small businesses. Nothing to dislike, I would say. The support team is involved in a continual improvement process. They listen to the customer, and respond to support calls within a day, and there is a road map with new features added regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how I've been able to organize information I need to reference about each client into its own product. I like how you're able to add the tools you need for each product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The company itself is pretty unethical when it comes to lifetime deals. They add a version number to the product and treat updates as a whole new product so they don't have to honor the terms of its lifetime deals. I signed up pre-version 2, and there was a review that this happened in version 1, too. They're releasing version 3 now, and it's not included in the lifetime deal. I'd be skeptical to pay for a lifetime deal or any tier of monthly service based on this fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-I like that I have several options in one place. It allows me to manage my coaching clients and assign them tasks and tools. I like that I can insert code within the different tools, which makes it quite versatile, and it is quite stable for its ability to adapt to my needs.
-You can use payment buttons and pay within the platform, which is quite rare for client management platforms, and it simplifies my work quite a bit.
-The audio and video players are quite stable and accept different types of platforms, particularly Google Drive, which is one of my preferred work tools.
-The creator of the platform is a business owner, so he has many instructional videos that can provide solutions to different situations in your business using the platform. The price is quite attractive if you compare it to other similar tools.
-You can brand your business without paying large amounts of money and it might seem like it's your own application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-As I mentioned in what I like, it is a quite flexible platform, so sometimes it has glitches that are solved by refreshing the page or waiting for the platform to accept the changes. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially for people who do not understand technology well, as it sometimes takes time with some glitches or you have to repeat the setup, sometimes the glitch prevents an activity you are doing from being saved, but it is a price I can pay for the flexibility I have to use the platform. So I prefer to have to do double work occasionally for the flexibility the platform gives me. Some people may get tired of this little glitch.
-If you sign up with Google and you want to use your Google account on your phone or tablet, Google blocks access for security reasons, which has been a bit inconvenient as I haven't been able to use the app on my phone. However, it runs quite well on Safari and Chrome on the cell phone, so that problem hasn't bothered me either.
-It does not have double synchronization with my Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have tried every software for client communications, client portals, or even tried to develop your own like I have, stop. Project.co has every feature you've been missing, and you can't beat the price for the value it comes with. Matt and his team continuously add new features and listen to feedback from their users. I have probably tried over 30 different softwares looking for the ability to embed anything, white labeled, and prioritize customer service. After trying Project.co, I knew. Our communication with clients became smoother, and best of all, if your client has multiple brands, that can manage them all in one place while you manage services for them. I can't thank Project.co for developing the solution we needed so we can focus on running our business and keeping clients happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love everything about the software and we will continue to use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
By far, this is the easiest platform I've used. The intuitive display of information makes navigation a breeze, allowing me to access everything I need without hassle. The setup process was incredibly smooth, and onboarding was seamless—it’s never been easier. Not only is it efficient in getting tasks done quickly, but the affordability makes it a top choice for anyone looking for a reliable, cost-effective solution. One downside is that the mobile version isn't quite flushed out yet. My team primarily uses the desktop version, which works well for us, but it’s worth noting if you rely heavily on mobile. Additionally, being a newer platform, the community help isn't as extensive as more established solutions. That said, the platform is so easy to use, and the customer support team is quick to respond, so we haven't found this to be much of an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is clean, simple, and a ton less complicated than other tools we've used like Clickup! It tracks everything to completion, clients see where things are at, and our team is more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a lot of account-wide integrations available without using something like Zapier, but there are a lot of 3rd party tools that can be added to each project. There's also not a way to limit the client views in discussions like you can in Basecamp, they see all conversations on the projects, even internal ones, which can get messy or confusing for clients. I wish the Add People option was on a per-tool basis, not project wide. I also wish it did estimates or proposals just so I can get rid of a few other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Project.co is very easy to use and set up. I find it quite easy to navigate, find and update my projects, and train my team on its use. I also like the dashboard setup and that it's in color and customizable it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if you could create "folders" to better organize my projects. I don't have many projects now, but when I start adding clients, it will be more difficult to find projects and/or clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great interface. No learning curve. Easy to use. White labeled for our clients to give them a fully branded solution. I'm very impressed. Pricing is fantastic too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to complain about - it fits our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
