Single repository and pane of glass for all things GRC. In our case we have an urgent imperative to get ISO 27001 Certified by year end. Tremendous value compared to Vanta and Drata. Great onboarding experience and dedicated account manager have made this process so much easier. The interface is logical, easy to navigate, and we were up and running in no time at all. I love how tests are cross-mapped to controls. The tests also rpovide clear guidance and instructions so providing suitable evidence and workarounds has proven quite easy. I also have to say our advisor has been great; she is a GRC professional, an auditor I believe so we are getting first-class consulting for the price of admission. I have learned so much from her, not just about Secureframe but about ISO in general. Secureframe also has numerous conteatcs in terms of audits, pen testing and so forth, so again, everything is provding to be so easy for us. I coudl not imagine meeting this urgent complaince goal without this partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the integrations (Azure, for example) rendered less than great results or could not connect for some reason (probably on MS side). You can bypass these however, by other means, so this is not really a stopper in my view.
Other platorms provide a real-time comparison for other frameworks, even though you have not paid for them. I was told that we can request to see what out status would be at any time, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ts automation capabilities, comprehensive framework support, and user-friendly interface make it a strong choice for organizations seeking to streamline GRC processes. However, the cost might be a barrier for smaller companies, and initial setup requires some time commitment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cost Consideration: Secureframe can be expensive compared to some competitors, especially for smaller businesses. Pricing varies based on features and organization size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is super easy to use and very intuitive and the best thing is competetive price for companies that can't afford to use, for soc2 compliance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find some of the integrations with third party doesn't have set-up instructions for exam ple windows agent, I have to rely on some one to show me how it works Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Secureframe's dedication to excellence was evident in every interaction we had with them. This year was the first time we conducted a SOC 2 audit, and Secureframe's team was incredibly knowledgeable. They guided us through the complexities of the process with ease and clarity.
They were always available to answer our questions promptly, providing detailed explanations that helped us understand each step.
What truly set Secureframe apart was its proactive approach. It didn't just respond to our needs; it anticipated them. Its consistent communication and follow-up ensured that we stayed on track and met all our compliance requirements without any last-minute rushes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is focused on automated compliance checks, and takes the hard work out of performing the checks it is able to automate. You can also add manual checks and carry those out yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The overall product is focused on meeting checklists over business value. If you want to do information security based on first identifying risks, prioritising the ones that matter, and then addressing things that look important - it's not the product for you. Secureframe integrates with all of my cloud providers and makes it easy to build evidence for my auditors. Since my auditors are also fluent in Secureframe, it saves me an incredible amount of time building narratives and evidence. My account manager has been great. The non-cloud integrations are still weak. It doesn't integrate with common training tools, Jira and GitHub support are minimal, and there's a plethora of tools I have to audit that just don't integrate yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
