SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. Because I don't have the bandwidth to fully explore and utilizing SOCi for all 58 properties in my region, I do appreciate being able to utilize the Scheduler to make posts for my entire region.

The ongoing notifications that continue to happen for suspicious activity or accounts being marked or having to be reactivated or resynced. I do not have access to fix these myself so I am usually having to escalate this to the internal corporate marketing team via a support ticket so it creates extra work. It usually happens for multiple properties at least 2-3 times a month.
It would be great to be able to bulk post for select properties so for example, I can schedule posts for all properties in KY or SC the specific content for their region.... SOCi has made managing our social media accounts and business listings a breeze! Previously, we manually managed all our business listings independently, taking hours to make updates across our 40 different locations. Now it takes me only a couple of minutes to push posts or make updates. It took us only a few weeks to get our entire company on to the SOCi platform, and the onboarding team took care of the majority of the integration. The only "negative" thing I can think of in regards to SOCi is that I'd like there to be more in-depth training guide available in the University or in the Help forum. Some things, I've just had to trial and error them to figure them out because I couldn't find anything available. Easy, user-friendly platform that aggregates real-time feedback across the three major review sites and gives our teams the ability to communicate with their guests instantly through one simple tool. I've been using So-Ci for work, and it's been a great tool, especially working in multi-family property management, I really appreciate how easy the platform is to navigate. If I had to choose something, I'd say it would be nice to have a few more customization options for templates or scheduling features. I currently use Notion so if So-Ci could integrate with my Notion templates that would be even better. Nothing major, just small tweaks that could make an already great platform even better! I can schedule posts for all of my social media & Google in one place. I can also schedule a time to post based on when I know my customers are more active. The scheduling feature allows me to set up posts once a week or once a month instead of several times a week. I am not always notified when a new review has been posted. As a franchisee, I cannot respond directly to reviews, but my franchisor overlooked a review in the past and I only noticed because I was clicking through everything on SoCi when it normally shows in the dashboard.
