What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. I also appreciate that SOCi offers numerous resources for its users. I attend The SEO Juice monthly and always learn something that I didn't know before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. They can be a little bit finicky, and I seem to always have some sort of small problem when I use them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SOCi?

Because I don't have the bandwidth to fully explore and utilizing SOCi for all 58 properties in my region, I do appreciate being able to utilize the Scheduler to make posts for my entire region.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

The ongoing notifications that continue to happen for suspicious activity or accounts being marked or having to be reactivated or resynced. I do not have access to fix these myself so I am usually having to escalate this to the internal corporate marketing team via a support ticket so it creates extra work. It usually happens for multiple properties at least 2-3 times a month.

It would be great to be able to bulk post for select properties so for example, I can schedule posts for all properties in KY or SC the specific content for their region.... Currently, I am only able to post via the scheduler for the entire Carolinas which is 58 properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOCi is solving one of the biggest challenges we face in property management marketing: scaling consistent, high-quality digital engagement across multiple locations while staying efficient and brand-aligned. Before SOCi, managing social media, reviews, and local listings for multiple properties often felt fragmented and time-consuming. Each property had its own set of tools or processes, making it difficult to maintain consistency, track performance, or support on-site teams effectively.

With SOCi, we now have a centralized platform that gives us full visibility and control across all our properties while still empowering individual teams to engage locally. What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi has made managing our social media accounts and business listings a breeze! Previously, we manually managed all our business listings independently, taking hours to make updates across our 40 different locations. Now it takes me only a couple of minutes to push posts or make updates. It took us only a few weeks to get our entire company on to the SOCi platform, and the onboarding team took care of the majority of the integration. What do you dislike about SOCi?

The only "negative" thing I can think of in regards to SOCi is that I'd like there to be more in-depth training guide available in the University or in the Help forum. Some things, I've just had to trial and error them to figure them out because I couldn't find anything available. What do you like best about SOCi?

Easy, user-friendly platform that aggregates real-time feedback across the three major review sites and gives our teams the ability to communicate with their guests instantly through one simple tool. What do you dislike about SOCi?

Wish there were better tools to alert us of issues (ie. failed social feed connections, inconsistent listing). Often times we find the issue and bring them to support to be worked through after finding those issues through our management teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a simple online reputation aggregator that gives our users reviews from the 3 major sites (Google, Facebook, and Yelp) to one place for our teams to respond to the reviews individually. As a group, we provide the teams with monthly reporting to see where they stack up vs their peers.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I've been using So-Ci for work, and it's been a great tool, especially working in multi-family property management, I really appreciate how easy the platform is to navigate. What do you dislike about SOCi?

If I had to choose something, I'd say it would be nice to have a few more customization options for templates or scheduling features. I currently use Notion so if So-Ci could integrate with my Notion templates that would be even better. Nothing major, just small tweaks that could make an already great platform even better! So-Ci has really helped streamline communication and content management for me in multi-family property management. It saves me a ton of time by providing an easy-to-use platform where I can manage all my social media and resident engagement in one place. What do you like best about SOCi?

I can schedule posts for all of my social media & Google in one place. I can also schedule a time to post based on when I know my customers are more active. The scheduling feature allows me to set up posts once a week or once a month instead of several times a week. I can also access the app on my phone when I am attaching photos, and I can have my staff download the app if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I am not always notified when a new review has been posted. As a franchisee, I cannot respond directly to reviews, but my franchisor overlooked a review in the past and I only noticed because I was clicking through everything on SoCi when it normally shows in the dashboard. What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi is simple to use for a single location or multiple users. It is easy to review content and collaborate with team members in the platform. I like the additional add-on options that are available based on need.

What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reputation assist has taken that responsibility of our teams and allowed a neutral 3rd party to handle. Freeing up time to solve problems before the guests leaves and taking the person feelings out of the conversation. The platform has also allowed for oversight and accountability.

We are also excited to recently have added both Ads and Boost Plus allowing users to easily schedule Social Ads or Boost posts for additional exposure while providing some company oversight on performance and content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

The scheduling tool is very intuitive, however limited by the API in some ways. They hop on new opportunities that will help their customers and also are very committed to making sure problems are resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data quality is questionable at best and must always be cross-checked in some fashion. API limitations make some features, such as posting stories, pointless compared to the native options in respective platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to mass-publish content and allow our franchisees to see what we schedule and allow them to make edits so that they are not blind to what is going to be coming through on their social media sites from the corporate level.
