What do you like best about TOPS?

What do you like best about TOPS?
The best part about the violation section of Tops is how fast I am able to generate letters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tops is a bit slow at times, and there are times that it just completely gives up in editing letters and the entire system shuts down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
