To be completely honest, I haven’t really felt like anything major is missing in VS Code. The UI is very clean and things are easy to find. It auto-suggests extensions to be installed, making the platform flexible for any type of file ranging from Python code files and python notebooks to even PDFs. The option is not readily available so most of the times I have to re-open the other project folder while closing the current one.
