Zoho Social has transformed how we manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. After several months of use, it's proven to be one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly tools available.
The dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it easy for us to navigate without extensive training. The scheduling functionality is outstanding - we can plan and queue content weeks in advance across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn simultaneously.
The analytics are powerful, offering insight into engagement and performance metrics. Custom reports help us understand what resonates with our audience and optimise accordingly.
Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AI generation isn't on par with alternatives like Claude, but with a bit of manual intervention and a slightly customised workflow we're able to work around it nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Zoho Social is its simplicity and powerful scheduling tools. It allows me to manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard, schedule posts in advance with ease, and monitor engagement in real time. The analytics are insightful, helping me fine-tune content strategy, and I love the collaborative features that make it easy to work with team members. It saves time and makes managing social media much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no reservations at all. It is the best app so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is clean and intuitive—even our non-tech teams picked it up quickly.
Getting started was smooth. Most modules were plug-and-play with just a little onboarding.
We use it daily—for CRM, campaign tracking, automation, and reporting. It’s packed with tools. From sales to marketing to analytics, there’s something for every department. We were able connect Zoho with our existing tools (Google, WhatsApp, etc.) without much hassle.
Overall, Zoho gives us a 360° view of our brand’s performance and saves a ton of time across teams. Highly recommend for growing businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though the platform was easy to pick up, we wish we had a little onboarding help. That is applicable only for paid I agree, but without a little push nothing goes far.
Customer support - we did not need it much, so I cannot comment on it just yet.
I do wish Zoho would fix some of the persistent posting errors. The scheduling glitches can get frustrating, and that’s one reason we didn’t opt for the Pro plan. For now, we mainly use the basic version just for analytics, which still delivers solid insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At FiestyPaw, we’re a pack of feisty millennials, dog devotees, and planet advocates who demand tools that match our energy—and Zoho Social delivers in some pawsitively impressive ways:
- Scheduling That Keeps Our Tails Wagging:
Juggling social media for a science-backed pet wellness brand is no walk in the park. Zoho’s intuitive scheduling lets us plan content across multiple platforms in advance, freeing up time to focus on crafting organic, nutrient-rich posts (and spoiling our own pups).
- Analytics Sharp as a Puppy’s Teeth:
We obsess over data—just like we obsess over our CBD-infused calming treats. Zoho’s analytics help us track engagement, identify top-performing posts, and refine our strategy to boost our pack’s vitality (and our ROI).
- Collaboration Fit for the Pack:
As dog owners who work like a well-trained team, Zoho’s collaboration tools let us assign tasks, share feedback, and keep everyone on the same leash. No more crossed wires or lost bones!
- User-Friendly for Busy Paws:
The interface is as smooth as our salmon oil supplements. Even during our busiest days (think: holiday treat launches), Zoho keeps our workflow zen—no unnecessary howling at the moon required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Zoho Social has fetching features, there’s one hiccup that makes our ears perk up not in a good way:
Limited Social Platform Options:
As a forward-thinking brand targeting millennials and Gen Z pet parents, we’re baffled by the lack of support for Pinterest, TikTok, and Bluesky. Pinterest is a visual haven for eco-conscious pet products, TikTok is where our feisty audience thrives, and Bluesky’s rising traction aligns with our innovative spirit. Sticking to just 7 platforms feels like chasing our tail in 2024—we need tools that grow as fast as our puppy’s appetite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As someone who runs a digital business with a million things to juggle, Zoho Social has been a game changer. Even with the free version, I can manage all my social media accounts—Facebook Page, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile—from one clean and simple dashboard. The best part? It works great on mobile too! I love how I can post on the go, straight from my phone, without any hassle. Zoho Social has truly made my daily content posting faster and way more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, the only downside is that scheduling posts isn’t available on the free plan. I’d love to automate more content if I could. But considering all the features I’m already getting without paying a cent, I really can’t complain. It’s still one of the best tools out there for small businesses or solo entrepreneurs like me. Zoho Social makes content planning almost effortless, freeing up valuable time in your day. Its clean, intuitive interface means you can dive in and start scheduling right away, and the drag-and-drop calendar turns building a posting plan into a swift, hassle-free task. I’m currently using the Standard plan, which covers everything my small business needs: I can hook up all the important channels, queue posts in advance, and keep an eye on clear reach-and-engagement stats. As the business grows and I need extras—think deeper analytics or collaborative workflows—upgrading to a higher tier is straightforward. For now, though, the entry-level package is the ideal, budget-friendly solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho Social makes managing multiple brands and pages simple and stress-free. I love how everything is centralized—scheduling, analyzing, and engaging with audiences are all in one place. The user interface is clean, easy to learn, and perfect for keeping my workflow organized. The analytics reports are also a huge plus—they give me clear insights to grow my brand strategically. Honestly, I don’t have any dislikes so far. It’s been smooth sailing and exactly what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Social stands out with its intuitive interface and comprehensive scheduling features. The SmartQ feature is incredibly helpful, suggesting the best times to post for maximum engagement. I also appreciate the ability to monitor multiple social media platforms in one place and the detailed analytics that provide insights into post performance. Collaborating with team members is seamless, making campaign planning much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Zoho Social is feature-rich, the mobile app sometimes lags behind the desktop version in functionality. Additionally, the reporting tools could offer more customization options. Occasionally, integrations with third-party platforms like Instagram have minor issues, such as delayed posting or syncing glitches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho has helped me reach my target audience and allowed me to improve on the communication of my services in a structured and timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does not give the option to share the posts to other groups, we would have to log in to the accounts to have the work done manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After years of using various social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Content Studio, and Sendible, I finally settled on Zoho Social, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
What sets Zoho Social apart is its flexibility, particularly in terms of connecting and managing Instagram. My client had trouble connecting the Instagram account to the Meta Business Suite because it was inherited. The social media dashboards I'd used in the past only offered Instagram if it was connected to the Facebook business account through Meta. Zoho offers a straight connection which was imperative in this case.
The integration is seamless, allowing me to schedule posts, stories, and carousels with ease. The direct publishing feature (which many competing platforms restrict or complicate due to Instagram's API limitations) works consistently, saving me a tremendous amount of time and manual intervention.
I also love the Q. I can upload batches of posts with Q assignments and it simplifies the calendar plus I always know that my Q is full and we can keep a consistent schedule of alternating Branding, Promos, Testimonials and more.
Having compared Zoho Social side-by-side with Hootsuite, Content Studio, and Sendible, I can confidently say that while they are all solid options, Zoho Social offers more for less. The feature set is robust—covering everything from scheduling and monitoring to analytics and team collaboration—but the pricing is far more accessible.
The user interface is intuitive, the support team is responsive, and the platform regularly rolls out updates that actually improve the user experience (not just cosmetic changes). Transitioning my clients and team to Zoho Social was smooth, and everyone adapted quickly thanks to the logical layout and helpful onboarding guides.
I use Zoho Social daily.
Pros:
Flexible, reliable Instagram integration
Outstanding value for the price
Easy-to-use interface and fast learning curve
Excellent analytics and reporting
Responsive customer support
Cons:
You can only add one Google Business Page. One of my clients has 13 different locations, so Zoho Social is not a suitable option for them. In that case, I use Sendible.
Overall, Zoho Social delivers everything I need—and more—at a fraction of the cost of many competitors. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
