Top notch experience teaching virtually with ReadyTech (Axis)

|ReadyTech
The Axis tool is very thorough with great features including showing your screen from the secure window with others (no more need to get files onto their host computer). Their technical support is among the best I have ever experienced. Their interface is (Class Manager) is a great way of keeping an eye out to help students and see their 'virtual expressions' when body language (in person) is not available.

Solid and reliable

On the whole this is a solid and reliable platform on which training courses can be delivered. Any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively by their support team. I use ReadyTech for all of my online L&D training delivery.

Reliable, Intuitive Platform with Excellent Support

Having used ReadyTech across two different companies—both on Axis and the hosted version—I’ve found the platform to be intuitive, user-friendly, and generally very reliable. One of the biggest strengths is the quality of their support team. Any time an issue arises, they’re quick to respond and incredibly helpful. A special shout out to our new account manager, who’s been consistently responsive, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile—no question is ever too much trouble.
