I use them as a reseller for hosting, but they offer tons of things. I thought it was afforable for what I use it for then I found out I can create my own shop right from the dashboard. Everything is easy to find and use. The support is quick, very human and easy to understand. It is so easy for me to go around the dashboard, Other companies are so hard to navigate. The only negative thing I can think of is that my bank card wont do foreign transactions so I have to pay with paypal. But thats really no big deal and not their fault at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was able to transfer my collection of websites from a failed hosting company. My sites were migrated smoothly and came right up with 20i. They offer reseller options that work for me at a price that was less expensive than what I had spent in the past. And now I have the opportunity to offer web hosting to friends and family. And possibly start my own business.
20i offers many options that I haven’t seen with other hosting companies. You can choose to offer cloud hosting on other platforms as well as native 20i data centers. No matter whether you choose native hosting or pick one of the big names, 20i has a vast number of CDN sites all over the world so your websites will seem like they are local to everyone. Superhelpful customer service, easy to make multiple sites. I'm not hugely experienced with DNS and site migration, had problems with my previous provider and wanted a more reliable company. 20i were extremely helpful and I've now migrated all my sites. As someone who has been using UK hosts for over 20 years from 1&1 (now ionos) Fast Hosts, Host Gator, DIY Host, UK2, Heart Internet to name a few, Ive learnt they always start off good but then 6 months in they seem to drop the ball and the support or hosting (ie performance) quality drops. So far I have been with 20i for 18 months and the support is excellent and any small issues I have they are on it and very supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of things, somtimes the control panel (especially selecting the create support ticket tab) is super slow and makes you miss the menu, clicking something else, The only other little thing i dislike is when you mark a ticket as urgent it should override the requirement to wait for the Ai to answer (for urgent only) as a few times I have forgot its done this, gone back to my work and realised despite being urgent its not been responded. Although I understand the need for ai to save on unnecessary human intevention (which is actualy really good 70% of the time) i think for urgent tickets this should be disabled or at least a question asked before do you want ai to try and answer or push direct to a human Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their systems and service levels are the best I have encountered in over 25 years of being in this business. All support requests are usually answered within minutes (24x7) by knowledgeable support staff, so the rare issues that do arise are very short lived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike only a bit if you need Windows hosting. The offering for that is more limited, with caps on the size of available MS SQL Server databases (1GB) in the reseller environment. Also, they still offer only Windows 2016 Server as a preinstall on a VPS, which is pretty old now, so if you want a later version, you have to upgrade from there with your own license. I didn't have any downsides with 20i. I felt that the pricing was commensurate with the services provided. They have many more features that I was not using as my website was only informational. The 20i Team took care of all transfer requirements from iBrave hosting letting me concentrate on tweaking my web pages. 20i support is the best I've seen. I'm using several hosts from I which I cancelled couple because of the lack of support on time when needed. Whether it is unexpected down or email issues, they have always updated me very quickly.
Also their own control panel is useful and easy to deal with.

20i uses a custom control panel which means that it may not be familiar to plesk or cpanel users. In addition, there is no control over some of the security features - for example mod security, so any changes to that need to be done via a support ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
