Chatmeter has been an incredible partner even before we fully transitioned to their platform. Our customer success manager Grant meets with us regularly and always brings helpful, actionable insights to improve our digital profiles. He is consistently collaborative, responsive, and positive. One of the most valuable aspects of our experience has been their support with Google Business Profiles and Apple Business Connect. Nothing major comes to mind, though one area that came up recently was the ability to view position rankings on Google Maps. It would be great to see additional reporting features like that in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Chatmeter is so wonderful including the service they provide and also their team. I have been working with them for about 3 years now and they have helped our company with managing listings, making it super easy to respond to reviews, and making it super easy to post to our social channels, and manage all of our listings which I would not be able to do without Chatmeters help! Their customer service is great! Every rep we have had for our listings and the software have been great and very helpful at providing reporting, insights into the different listing platforms, ensuring information is accurate and feeding properly and so much more. This is the start of our 5th year working with them due to the continuous updates they're making to the platform in response to their customers, resulting in a great reputation, listing and social software. We manage 70+ different locations with many different listings in the platform and Chatmeter makes it so easy for us to be successful at responding to reviews, pushing accurate information, listing specials, etc. We researched a lot of companies before signing with them to ensure they would meet our needs and we haven't switched providers because they have continued to meet our goals. The only down side I can think of is that we have switched reps a few times in the 4 years, but other than that, I can't think of anything I wish would change. They seem to make many of the updates we request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to use and understand! Responding to reviews and seeing logistics is super easy! The support team is amazing as well and I love working with Elle Trout! The fact that you can edit your own listings after creation in one spot. The staff seems friendly enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Listings not created on time, some listings not created at all. Many of the other listings services seemingly create listings automatically after creating a location at chatmeter it must be requested. Listings are not created through an api connection, instead it requires a shared spreadsheet. Very recently they have been better about ensuring they are completed on time by opening but multiple times they have gone late, and locations have opened with no listings created. I like that my team has all the tools that we need on one platform, and it's easy to use. We are still gradually implementing tools and adding on, but so far, so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislike is that I can't use AI responses for social media comments. Also, I don't believe Chatmeter pulls in all of the comments and reviews on social media just what is on the published post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used two competitors before transitioning to Chatmeter. Although we received the standard listings and reputation management capabilities with those tools, Chatmeter was able to provide us with tools to manage our local SEO as well (which raises our reputation management to the next level). Chatmeter makes my process of responding to and escalating reviews much more efficient and effective. I also love utilizing the Google posts feature. Our company rep is wonderful and does a great job resolving any issues we have had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
