Dayforce is extremely complicated to implement and use. We spent a year implementing and had very little help from their implementation team. Dayforce does not integrate with any of our other systems without complicated feeds or spending extra money for their billable team to build broken connections. Support is not timely and rarely offers true solutions. Your only hope is that you get assigned a support rep who knows the module you need help with like the back of their hand. Dayforce holds your own data hostage and requires you to submit billable requests so they can build custom fields and relationships for your reporting. The reporting in Dayforce is the worst I have seen in any single system. There are thousands of relationships that need to be perfect in order to get the simplest data output. I.E. We can't run a report showing the compa-ratio for employees in a department that are in different countries with different currency. I will NEVER use this system ever again and cannot wait for our contract to be up. I use this system everyday and I would rather use paper forms for everything. Multiple ways to accomplish the same task giving the ability to find the way that works best for the user. Plenty of check and balances during the payroll processing experience. My only struggle with the system is when trying to create a report from scratch and making sure the data populates but this could very well be user issue.
