What do you like best about Dayforce?

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

I don't love the interface, I feel like it seems a bit outdated and it also takes time navigating to find different things I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it on the employee side to check benefits, pay, PTO, etc. As a manager I use it to correct time cards for my team, manager their PTO and salaries, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dayforce?

Truly nothing. If I had to pick something...it would be the role based features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

Dayforce is extremely complicated to implement and use. We spent a year implementing and had very little help from their implementation team. Dayforce does not integrate with any of our other systems without complicated feeds or spending extra money for their billable team to build broken connections. Support is not timely and rarely offers true solutions. Your only hope is that you get assigned a support rep who knows the module you need help with like the back of their hand. Dayforce holds your own data hostage and requires you to submit billable requests so they can build custom fields and relationships for your reporting. The reporting in Dayforce is the worst I have seen in any single system. There are thousands of relationships that need to be perfect in order to get the simplest data output. I.E. We can't run a report showing the compa-ratio for employees in a department that are in different countries with different currency. I will NEVER use this system ever again and cannot wait for our contract to be up. I use this system everyday and I would rather use paper forms for everything. What do you like best about Dayforce?

I love how flexible Dayforce is and the ability to scale up. Great system to have everyone in different countries on the same platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

The main downside is that jobs have to be attached to departments or sites and that creates a lot of job titles in our system. I also dislike the performance module, because it only allows for traditional reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dayforce?

Multiple ways to accomplish the same task giving the ability to find the way that works best for the user. Plenty of check and balances during the payroll processing experience. Very imformative and resourceful implementation team. Allows for many integrations with other systems already in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

My only struggle with the system is when trying to create a report from scratch and making sure the data populates but this could very well be user issue. My only other pet peeve is the time it takes to get tax cases addressed when noitces are submitting for review and investigation before resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dayforce?

My favorite part of Dayforce is how easy it is to navigate and learn. It is user friendly and allows you to make updates to a page and see what would change before you hit the save button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dayforce?

The Leave Management options are minimal. I need to be able to track leaves of absence in the Leave Management portion but it does not work well for the type of tracking I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dayforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dayforce updates the state paid leave premiums to ensure that the Team Members are paying the appropriate state taxes for state paid leave programs. This keeps me from having to track and coordinate these updates with our Payroll Team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
