I've used Rippling at multiple companies over the years and its consistently been a smooth experience. The platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and makes tasks like payroll, on-boarding and benefits election easy to manage. I've never had any issues which says a lot. I really appreciate how seamless it is to use across my different teams and setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I have not experienced any issues with Rippling and I use for platform almost daily for my most recent role. Everything has worked smoothly for my needs, but I am curious to see how Rippling can handle more complex setups as our company size grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well organized application, each section has its own goal, and handles that well (like Payments, Expenses, Company Org, etc). I've been using for a while, I work remotely from Brazil for a US company, everything is clear and flows well, I didn't have any problems at all. I like how it collects user data, it isn't boring and it gets all the data required to manage Contractors. Probably the company view should be good because they never asked me to fix something or add something there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't get initially how the "Apps" work. First I was following some documents how to report expenses and I wasn't seeing the "Expense" surfaces, then I saw the possibility to add Apps, I was trying to add the App related to "Expense", in order to access it, but it didn't work. Then I replied to my HR manager asking how to access it and She enabled to me, that wasn't clear I had to request it to someone else. Besides that things are flowing well. Rippling has been a game-changer for our company, offering a user-friendly interface that makes managing HR tasks seamless. Implementation was a breeze and navigating the platform has been fairly straight forward. The standout feature for me is their excellent customer support, particularly the chat feature, which has been consistently helpful. I also appreciate that Rippling assigns a dedicated team member to support us and keep us informed with regular updates. Our support member, Tommy Dang, has been fantastic, always providing timely updates on new products and packages. The ability to integrate other apps, like background checks, adds a layer of convenience that streamlines our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. I would also recommend that Rippling integrate a feature that notifies a timecard approver or admin when a non-exempt employee's time off has been submitted or approved after the pay period. When this happens, the system shows that the employee used time off, but it is not calculated in their pay. Overall, Rippling is an awesome all encompassing tool that simplifies many aspects of HR management, but a few tweaks could make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I appreciate most about Rippling is how incredibly easy it is to navigate and how consistently it keeps all our HR and IT services in one centralized place. The platform is exceptionally user-friendly, with a clean interface that makes finding specific sections or areas very straightforward. It's truly a one-stop shop that streamlines our operations significantly. Beyond the excellent software, the people at Rippling have been a huge asset. They're genuinely attentive to our needs and make a clear effort to build a real relationship with us, which is quite refreshing and makes a big difference in our experience. While Rippling offers a lot of value, the pricing structure can become quite aggressive as it's based on the number of users. This means you really need to do a thorough cost analysis when considering adding new features, especially if those features are only needed for a handful of people. It's something to be mindful of, though I will say they were open to discussion and worked with me a bit when I raised this concern.
Another minor point is that sometimes different parts of Rippling don't communicate as seamlessly as one might expect. When we add a new service, it can occasionally feel a bit like starting over with confirmations and settings, rather than a completely integrated add-on. It's a small burden, not a deal-breaker by any means, but I had hoped the process of adding new services would be a bit more effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rippling stands out for its seamless integration of HR, IT, and payroll functions into one unified platform. What I like best is how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is—it drastically reduces the time spent on administrative tasks. From onboarding new employees to managing benefits and running payroll, everything is streamlined and easy to navigate. The automation features are particularly helpful, especially for scaling teams, and the ability to manage devices and apps alongside HR data is a unique and valuable addition. It saves time, reduces errors, and provides great visibility into employee management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven’t had any issues with Rippling. It’s been easy to use, and everything I need—like pay stubs, personal info, and documents—is always accessible and organized. If anything changes, I’d be open to giving feedback, but right now, there’s nothing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been really impressed with how easy Rippling is to use. The platform is clean, well-organized, and incredibly intuitive. Every module—whether it’s Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, or Device Management—is clearly labeled, so nothing feels hidden or confusing. I use it every day for work.
One of the best parts is how straightforward everything is. You don’t need to dig around or click through endless menus. The layout just makes sense, and tasks that used to take extra steps are now much faster to complete.
What stands out the most:
• Everything is labeled clearly and logically
• The navigation is smooth and user-friendly
• You can find what you need in seconds without needing a manual
Rippling truly simplifies HR and IT processes in a way that feels modern and efficient. Highly recommend for any growing team or company that values a streamlined, no-fuss platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I can think of—everything has been smooth and intuitive so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rippling makes it super easy for me to access all of my employment related information, manage my days off, allocate my pay to multiple banks and stay up to date with the documents I have signed. I always use it to check my payslips and get tax information when needed, it is quite convenient and a huge improvement from some traditional HR software that I have used in the past.
Integrating it with my work devices was very straightforward and the agent that gets installed is not intrusive most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is little I dislike about Rippling, but I would like them to continue working on the taxes section. I would like to be able to dig deeper and find out exactly how much I am going to have to pay when I file. The current explanations are a bit generic and I feel having a more detailed breakdown of how exactly my taxes are going to be impacted would be very appreciated. Rippling is very easy to use and it seamlessly gathers everything HR in one place, so it's easy to find. I can clock-in, submit timesheet adjustments, and check PTO accrual all in a few clicks. My benefits are outlined, so I have quick access to documents, medical cards, and provider websites. All my key contact information is readily available, I can complete corporate surveys, and there are even tutorials that help me navigate the system. It was easy for me to access to the platform on my laptop and the mobile app was readily available to me in the App Store. Once in, I had no difficulty navigating the different tabs, finding what I needed, and completing tasks assigned to me. I love how Rippling keeps me organized and keeps things transparent, so I don't have to wait on responses from upper management for the things that I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like about Rippling is the PTO submission process. Mostly when you only need a few hours out of the day. The system would not let me break down the hours as I needed and my manager had to manually correct. It took a lot of time out of my day and I feel this portion could be a bit more seamless. The one positive: their ATS works well — clean interface, easy to use, and it made recruiting easier. But let’s be honest — you don’t choose an HRIS for the ATS alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really wanted to like Rippling, but after over a year of using it, I can confidently say it caused more headaches than it solved. On paper, it sounds like a dream: one platform to manage everything HR and IT. In practice? Constant bugs, poor customer support, and features that almost work — but not quite.
We ran into frequent sync issues with payroll, benefits setup that never quite worked right, and random glitches that made it impossible to trust the system without double-checking everything manually. It felt like we were paying for a beta version.
The worst that happened was around payroll: they were never able to provide our official tax forms. We ended up having to bring in (and pay for) an external firm to get them done properly — which completely defeats the purpose of using a payroll platform.
Support was no help at all. They clearly didn’t understand payroll and gave us vague, copy-paste responses that showed zero ownership. When you’re dealing with compliance and people’s pay, you need a team that knows what they’re doing and actually cares. Unfortunately, Rippling failed us on both fronts.
Support was hit-or-miss at best — long delays, unclear answers, and often no real resolution. When you’re managing people and pay, you can’t afford guesswork or tech that breaks without warning.
We’ve since moved on to another system, and honestly, it’s been a huge relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rippling is incredibly easy to use. As an employee, I really appreciate how straightforward the platform is—from checking my performance appraisal packet info to managing time off or benefits. It’s well-designed, loads quickly, and doesn’t require any training to figure out. We started using it at my company without much hassle, so I’d say implementation seemed smooth from the employee side. I also like that it integrates well with other tools we use, making everything feel connected and efficient. I use it a few times a month, and it’s always reliable. The customer support available within the rippling is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only small drawback I’ve noticed is there should be an easier way to view the organization chart. Since as the organization grows, it becomes harder to navigate and view my level among the tree. But this is a negligible one. Also, while I haven’t needed to contact customer support personally, it would be helpful if more in-app guidance were available for quick questions.
