I am a user of GTreasury since 2012 and has significantly improved their services, there are a few areas where enhancements would add even more value. The user interface, while functional, could benefit from a more modern and intuitive design in some modules. Additionally, certain workflows—such as file processing or error resolution—can be somewhat rigid and require manual intervention, which could be improved with more automation and flexibility. The powerful and practical capabilities, ease of use for both light and super users. The implementation went smoothly and it integrates very well with our bank, investment platforms, ERPs, and HCM. We originally went live with several modules and have never stopped increasing our use of it. Customer Support has a quick turnaround time and any tickets get proper and thorough attention. We have been using GTreasury productively since 2016 and appreciate the UI improvements made over the years, which have significantly streamlined navigation. The seamless interaction and integration between the modules we use—cash positioning, bank account management, bank fees, SWIFT balance, and transaction reporting—have been particularly valuable.
The one-button cash positioning feature has been transformative, reducing our daily process from approximately three hours to under 15 minutes. This efficiency has enabled us to meet early investment deadlines and increase returns.
We also value the Client Advisory Board (CAB) and the information shared during these sessions, including the roadmap for future development, release timelines, and long-term priorities. The opportunity to engage with senior staff during these introductions has been greatly appreciated. Additionally, the regional meetings have been especially beneficial, providing an opportunity to interact with the technical and product teams, which helps us iterate and optimize how we use the Treasury Workstation (TWS). To implement the project, we engaged an expert consultant. Although there were challenges along the way, including delays in responses and difficulties with understanding and using data-loading templates, these issues appear to have improved in recent years.
