I've been using Impact.com for several years now, and it's been a consistently positive experience. The platform stands out for its great service and an impressive selection of partner programs, including hundreds of well-known global brands. Whether you're just starting in affiliate marketing or managing a more advanced strategy, Impact.com gives you the tools and flexibility.
One of the things I appreciate most is the trust they've built over time—not just with me, but across the affiliate marketing community. From day one, the platform has been easy to set up, intuitive to use, and backed by a responsive support team that actually solves issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mobile usability has long been a weak spot. For a long time, the UI on phones and tablets was barely usable, which made it hard to manage anything on the go. Thankfully, they’ve been working on it, and it’s finally getting close to where it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Impact.com is its powerful partnership management platform that streamlines affiliate, influencer, and strategic partnership programs all in one place. It offers in-depth analytics, automated workflows, and customizable tracking, making it easier to scale campaigns efficiently and transparently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One major downside of Impact.com is its complex and sometimes confusing user interface, especially for beginners. Navigating through campaigns, reports, and settings can feel overwhelming. Additionally, the approval process for partnerships can be slow, and communication with some brands is inconsistent, which affects efficiency and results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about impact is the way the service is delivered. I like how the website has a great menu and shows where to find reports and find content needed for business. I like how it's a smooth process when it comes to creating a link and applying to become an affiliate is a nice process. The customer support process seems easy to use, the contact information was there if needed. The mobile app process is very unique and easy to use. With this app it can help me apply for companies faster. it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about impact.com is the white spaces when clicking on the home page, I think those spaces should have tools and resources to learn more about the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Impact.com has become my go-to affiliate platform everything is in one place. Unlike other tools I’ve used, where tracking links, commission data, and partner communication are scattered, or may be platform specfic, i.e. WordPress, Shopify, etc, Impact.com centralizes everything in a clean, easy-to-navigate dashboard across many different industries/segments. While the platform offers robust capabilities, maybe building out more interactive learning resources will be helpful.. It would also be helpful to have more industry-specific use cases or tutorials tailored for solo marketers or small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is pretty easy to use and is pretty straightforward. I also really like their publisher research and recruitment tool. It is also pretty easy to switch between brands which is nice. The content and automation functions are also great. I use Impact every day, pretty much all day and I like that it will keep me signed in all day compared to some other platforms. It is also integrated with most outside programs/publishers that I would need to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find scheduling and setting up template terms pretty annoying. There is a way to schedule terms ahead of time, but it is not super user-friendly compared to other platforms. I also don't like that the terms don't technically start until a day later, but you can at least check a box to allow publishers to start terms early. Impact also has recently been making a lot of changes that should ultimately help users, but they don't always notify teams of the changes and it has caused some issues. The customer service is decent, but could definitely be improved as issues take longer than needed to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Comprehensive Partnership Management:
It’s a one-stop platform for managing all kinds of partnerships—affiliates, influencers, B2B, etc.—which is super efficient.

The automation for contracts, payouts, and workflows saves a ton of time, especially at scale.

I Use it everyday and the customer support is also very helpful. Moreover it is easy to implement and integrate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complex User Interface:
It can feel overwhelming or unintuitive at first, especially for new users or small teams without a dedicated partner manager.
Steep Learning Curve:
Training or onboarding can take a while. You often need to invest time (or get help) to use it effectively.
Cost for Small Businesses:
Pricing can be high for startups or smaller brands, especially if they don’t yet have a lot of partners or volume.
Limited Customization in Some Areas:
While powerful overall, some aspects (e.g., partner onboarding flows or reports) might feel a bit rigid depending on your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Impact is its consistency and reliability. Over the past three years, I’ve always received payments on time without a single tracking issue. The platform is user-friendly. I also appreciate the detailed reporting tools and real-time analytics, which help optimize my campaigns. Their support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Onboarding is so smooth, and the approval criteria are also beginner-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, Impact.com is a great platform, but there are a few things that could be improved. The new interface still has some bugs that make the user experience frustrating at times. For example, when you're browsing the brand directory and open a brand's page, the directory resets and scrolls back to the top, which can be quite annoying. Another downside is the way multiple websites are handled. Even though there's an option to add additional domains to your account, when applying to a program, you can only apply with one specific website. This forces users with multiple websites to create separate accounts, which isn’t ideal and creates unnecessary friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about impact.com is its comprehensive and user-friendly platform that simplifies affiliate marketing management. The real-time tracking and reporting features are very accurate and easy to navigate, allowing me to optimize campaigns efficiently. I also appreciate the wide variety of quality affiliate programs available, fast and reliable payments, and the responsive support team that helps resolve any issues quickly. Overall, impact.com has helped me scale my affiliate business smoothly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While impact.com offers a robust platform, sometimes the onboarding process for new affiliate programs can be a bit slow or require additional approvals, which can delay campaign launches. Also, the user interface, although powerful, can feel a little overwhelming at first due to the many features available. A bit more simplified navigation or onboarding tutorials would help new users get started faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Impact.com is incredibly user-friendly. The dashboard is not only clean and visually appealing, but also very easy to navigate — it gives off a professional, well-organized vibe. Everything you need, from tracking to reporting to partner insights, is right there and accessible with minimal clicks.
I use Impact throughout the day on all weekdays, and it has truly become my favorite platform to work on. The integration process is smooth, well-documented, and easy to implement, even for complex setups.
Another standout is their customer support — hands down one of the best I’ve experienced. The team is quick, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the new dashboard layout brings a minimalistic look, it feels a bit too plain and less intuitive than the previous version. Some sections now appear unorganized, and it takes slightly longer to locate frequently used features. A bit more structure and visual hierarchy could go a long way in making the new UI feel as seamless as the old one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Impact has a lot of great reporting tools. If a client is willing to integrate a large amount of data then these reports are even more effective. If you're assigned a strong impact rep they are extremely responsive. Their tech and support team are also responsive via email or through instant chats on the platform. There is also a new scheduling tool in the program for contract changes like promo code exceptions and CPA increases that make scheduling these changes more seamless. Setting up challenging contracts and exceptions are not as intuitive. Some impact reps are slower to respond than others so the agency experience really depends on the rep you are assigned to. Their marketplace can be challenging as a lot of low quality partners are 'verified' so more vetting has to fall on the brand or agency side to ensure high quality partners enter the program.
