From the initial demo to onboarding to customer service, Kixie really nailed it here. My agency hired several new BDRs so we needed to implement a dialer system that easily integrated with Hubspot. Set up was super quick and easy, onboarding covered everything in detail without complicating anything. Our team uses it daily and it does everything we need it to do from dialing with local presence, SMS features with templates, voicemail drops, and everything updates in Hubspot automatically! I needed help setting up this cool feature called the live leaderboard where you can see in real-time the top performing reps, Avielle was the one who assisted me and helped resolve everything very quickly. She was really kind as well and that's something I really appreciate. To the management team; having great customer support reps like Avielle makes a world of a difference for users like myself. Also, gotta give credit where credit is due; John B. was a great Account Executive as well. I have been using Kixie for my financial services business to help me contact the over 8,000 leads that I want to reach out to. Not only does Kixie allow me to categorize these leads and dial 4 to 10 numbers at a time which saves me an incredible amount of time in doing so, it also gives me SMS and email ability as well. HOWEVER- I recently got a new computer and I was having issues with the system glitching on me. The support staff kept reaching out and actually scheduled 2 Zoom calls to work on my issue. This application is like a swiss army knife of call dialers for the business. The sms and powercall systems take my workflow to the next level. The UI is like looking at my cellphone, very intuitive. Also, the helpdesk at Kixie work quickly with our request. The speed and effiecency in getting a solution to a problem are address and resolved. Also, the constant clear communication takes alot of stress off getting a resolution. Its easy to integrate into our CRM. Implementation into the systems was a cake walk. Honestly I have used kixie in two different companies and get exceptional support each time. The customer support is always attentive, I have worked with Shea, Elliot, & Audrey. Each of them has been supportive for any request we may need. Also, since they are always updating their platform, I feel like any feature that may be missing, they take it into consideration and do their best to get it up in the following update. The app on the computer is super easy to use and the integration with our CRM (hubspot) is very seamless. & once more, the support team helps us a lot with any automations we need to help faciliate our integrations. Huge help from Slav that helped us out with the automations. & also thanks to Peter (current company) & Edward (previous company) for helping with the initial onboarding. the only downfall is the phone app is still in the beginning stages, so its a bit basic. Mainly used for when you're away from the computer to pick up calls or quick sms responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is extremely easy to use and their customer support is very good and you can get help within minutes.
