What I like best is there is always help for you whether you know about web browser or you don’t. They have support to help you accomplish and learn different profiles and forms on their site. And the most I notice is that the staff is very patient and calm. They gift you within 25 minutes of their time sometimes a few extra minutes but you could always sign again to receive more help. Honestly- I have had SOME issues with GHL, but not those that you hear. I was fearful of lack of support when I first signed up, but that is far from the truth. They are VERY supportive and capable. The truth is their platform is SO immense, we users get lost sometimes. But Support solves issues kindly, quickly , and efficiently.
The ONE issue I see most in public chats is trouble with the A2P approvals. But that is a regulatory issue, NOT a GHL issue.

There is a learning curve, as all platforms have, but there are resources to give you direction. Not all customer support agents know the answers so you get moved to higher technical support for email assistance. But every now and then you get a Customer Support agent who really knows their stuff and Saurav is one of them! Had an issue where I couldn't access an subaccount with some log in changes but he figured out how to override! Took the time to walk my account through very complicated steps. Customer service can be frurstrating to get a clear answer on a technical problem. The system they have to get help used to be better but I think they had to change it because of the huge influx of customers they have. I like the fact that you have a chance to start with a free trial to get your feet wet when you start. It's incredibly overwhelming initially, especially when you start in a place of only being partially computer literate. Their 24/7 support when you begin is incredibly responsive. I started not even understanding how Zoom worked, but just about every HL support person I talked to was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. No one ever made me feel stupid for not understanding something, and I appreciated it. As a result, I've learned an incredible amount of information over the course of a month. Don't be afraid to let them know you understand something, or to slow down if you don't understand what they are telling you. Highlevel offers a vast array of applications that interact very well with each other. Highlevel goes beyond just the applications. There support has been top-notch. It is game-changing to be able to do a Zoom chat where the AI Bot first tries to assist and if unsuccessful it will initiate a Zoom session with a staff member.
