Kixie powerdialer is the most powerful tool I have in my toolbelt these days as an SDR. Using automations via Hubspot & Apollo, I'm able to easily identify 100 contacts weekly, ensuring I'm attempting to call prospect's numbers at different times of day, as well as with a frequency that is unsustainable for an IC over a long period of time. Kixie saves my attention during the work day, which means that I'm sharper and ready to go when I have a connection.. which is way more often when I'm dailing 2-3 numbers per dial. Kixie Powerdialer is a strong system, however you need to take time to learn and understand the automations, sequencing, and rules up front. Once you have the hang of setting up powerlists though, this isn't a problem. Nothing a quick google search or youtube video can't help you figure out in major detail. The integration with our CRM has made our account managers more efficient and has allowed them to make additional sales calls which has increased our overall sales figures. The implementation was extemely easy, between our Kixie account manager and his team, everything has gone off without a hitch. For many reasons I chose kixie for my sales team and I. As sales have evolved with technology and all the other added benefits we have today, I found that alot of web integrated call sytstems say that they have sms messaging with their service but ultimately do not enable that specific feature. They usually only have an internal messaging system where employees can message one another on the platform but as far as text messaging goes, Kixie is the only one ive used that actually allows it to outside numbers on their platform. This alone made is worth while, everything else was a bonuz. The ease of downloading and implementing the AI assistant apps introduced me to an entire new world of possibiitiess. I would like to see Kixie as its' own APP rather than an extension on a web browser. sometimes accidentally clicking to closing a broser and shutting down the entire call system, sets me back on time and patience when I feel i would be less inclinced to make that mistake if kixie were its' own app.
sometimes its not easy to maneuver between calls and the messaging system. Or i dont know what button i am pressing bc it doesnt tell you and nothing highlights when i hover over it with my mouse. Personally i feel that if you could manage to put titles on the buttons on the Power Dial as well as well as smooth out the call to messaging transition, it would make using kixie a no brainer. but overlall, i genuinely enjoy it and I dont really have any complaints. What's the most helpful using Kixie is the amount of data given when receiving and making calls. It makes my work flow much faster to pull up the correct lead sources/accounts before the call connects. This prep saves me a TON of headaches. Both Powercall and SMS are always accurate and the clarity of the reception during calls is the highest quality i've ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dislikes is that every now and then I have to hit the #1 button to accept the calls instead of a direct connect. This causes confusion at times. Other than that, ZERO complaints so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the multi-dial feature as well as the text messsaging. Great product all around. Kixie is easy to use, and easy to implement with all of our existing tools. I wish Kixie had an emailing feature... But otherwise, I think the Powercall and SMS capabilities are great. One small piece of feedback, it would be great if the SMS feature had the ability to text people indepentent of the dialer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
