Microsoft Word is a really great tool for typing and editing documents.

I love that it has different templates for whatever type of document you need to type - letters, resumes, flyers amongst others.

Useful features such as numerous font types and sizes, colour formats, spelling check, grammar check and others help to make my documents far better than ordinary.

It's also really awesome that many of these great features come for free and one might never need to pay for upgrades.

It's very easy to navigate through. Even a beginner user won't find it difficult using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Word is not the perfect tool for editing documents that are not in the '.docx' document format such as PDFs. It may disorganize the layouts of this documents.

Also, accessing some cooler templates and features (to make your documents better) require paid upgrades which is quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Word:

1. is simple for typing documents

2. Editing text is easy and practical.

3. Allows to format text to meet requirements

Things that I dislike about Microsoft Word:

1. Comes with several features that I rarely ever use.

2. Text integration with images is cumbersome and it's annoying to align it to make it decent.

the interface is the most great thing plus, i have been using word almost everyday for the past 10+ years for educational and career ways and it helped me in a lot of ways, and it has different features that it has for integration and it makes it perfect from other applications, and when there is a support needed from the Microsoft teams they have help full and they solve our issues immediately. Microsoft Word has been my favorite tool for document creation in my job and academic documents. Word has all the features I can create any kind of document using word, from business proposals to even a novel.Formatting options are super intuitive, so it can be very easy to create well-structured content.

I find completing different tasks much harder to execute. For example using graphs and or tables and editing those, editing header and footer and adding equations are slightly harder to navigate. Microsoft 365 requires a recurring payment, which isn’t ideal for everyone.

It’s packed with features, but that makes it slow and sometimes clunky, especially on older machines.
