What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Things i like the most is Adobe allows users to create, edit, convert, sign, and protect documents all within a single platform. It quickly convert files to and from PDF, add e-signatures, and apply password protection which looks like a complete solution for any users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

The interface even though powerful, can be considered very high for new users due to the number of tools and options. Additionally, the subscription pricing may not be ideal for casual or infrequent users who only need basic PDF functions. Some advanced features needs subscription which can also be considered as a drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat solves the problem of managing and editing PDFs in a secure and efficient way. Most documents today are shared in PDF format, which naturally made editing or converting them difficult without specialized tools. Acrobat addresses this by providing a comprehensive set of features for editing, converting, merging, signing, and securing documents ALL IN ONE PLATFORM.

This benefits us by streamlining workflows, eliminating the need for multiple tools, and ensuring document consistency and compliance, especially in organisations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I love that you can edit already existing PDF files... sometimes, there's a need to edit an existing file, but you don't have the original working file. Acrobat allows you to make these types of changes quite easily and it removes the stress of recreating a file from scratch. A definite timesaver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Small nitpick, but since I use Acrobat often to prepare forms, it would be great if when I copy/paste text fields for form fields that I could copy/paste in place like other Adobe products. When the text fields get pasted into the center of the page, it's just one more step that I have to do to align them, then distribute evenly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

There were a lot of PDF files that were created prior to my time at the company. With that being the case, a lot of original, working files were lost, either not saved to Dropbox or just deleted somewhere along the way in the belief that they wouldn't be needed in the future. With Acrobat, I am able to update these PDF files without having to waste time in recreating something. This is helpful because the changes are always quite minor (year or dates typically). What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat's comprehensive, professional-grade toolset for creating, editing, securing, and sharing PDFs allows me to get my work done easily. The advanced features like OCR for scanned documents, form creation, e-signatures, and robust collaboration tools make all work effortless. I like that it ensures consistent formatting across platforms, supports cloud integration, and it meets legal and archival standards, making it essential for the work I do. It's very reliable, and the security options and seamless performance across devices set it apart from free or basic options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Nothing, I love this program and more people need to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat solves key business problems by streamlining document workflows, enhancing security, and improving collaboration. It eliminates inefficiencies from manual processes by enabling fast editing, form creation, and e-signatures, while OCR makes scanned files searchable and editable. Acrobat also helps maintain data privacy and compliance through robust security features like redaction and encryption. What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

As a graphic designer, Adobe Acrobat is an essential part of my workflow, especially when working with teams in other departments. Whether I am reviewing files, sending files to be reviewed, preparing files for print, or collaborating with other team members remotely, Acrobat provides the tools I need with precision and reliability. One feature that I value the most is the ability to preview and edit files. The color and layout consistency between other Adobe Creative Cloud Apps are seamless, which gives me confidence when finalizing a project. This is really important for designers! Another feature I love is the comment and markup tools. Both of these tools allow for clear, contextual feedback–cutting back on confusion and revision time. Plus the ability to compare versions of the same file is also a game-changer. In short, Adobe Acrobat is a powerful tool that helps streamline the design process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

My only complaint is sometimes I do experience performance lags when working with larger files that have a lot of graphics. This is mainly an issue with large e-books. While this is not a dealbreaker for me, it can be frustrating and put me behind on work or reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acrobat helps me manage feedback from other departments within my company. This allows my work to be more organized and streamlines the reviewing process. It also helps me double check my work before sending it out to print by catching errors like low res images, missing fonts, etc. Lastly, it allows for the maximum amount of collaboration. Allowing people from other departments to markup and comment on my work which allows me to make edits quicker without confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I can create fillable forms with acrobat. Adobe is free for users to view PDF's, so forms I create with Acrobat are accessible. I can also create PDFs from my Excel and Word files, or convert a PDF to Excel or Word for convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

I have found that some users cannot see the responses on fillable forms for some reason. The forms appear blank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having fillable forms helps when reading responses from customers. When people write their responses on a form they can be difficult to decipher. Acrobat is also helpful since I can sign forms without printing signing and scanning. It saves time and paper! It is also helpful to use with customers who have emails, but do not have the ability to print and scan a form. Adobe has reduced the number of faxes we receive. What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader is the first app that users turn to for viewing, annotating, and engaging with PDF files. Created by Adobe, the originator of the PDF standard, it is still one of the most dependable and feature-packed applications for managing PDFs across desktop and mobile platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat can be slow and clunky, particularly on older machines. Useful features such as editing or converting PDFs are restricted behind a paywall, and the nag to upgrade can get tiresome. The powerful interface can be overwhelming for everyday tasks, and the app itself is larger than comparable lightweight options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Acrobat fixes the issue of viewing, sharing, and working with PDF files consistently across platforms and devices. It helps one easily read, comment, complete forms, and digitally sign documents, saving time and the need to print. It's particularly useful for me when it comes to reading study documents, handing in assignments, and organizing official documents in one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

I have been using this software since I started working in US Staffing and recruitment. This software has an attractive user interface which provides all the functions available in one place. There are tons of options that can be used to fill out any type of form, application, agreement or letter as required. Specifically, the option to add signatures and attach a picture is providing a big help to us, as we have to fill out a lot of candidate applications in our day to day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

Nothing as of now, everything is perfect at it's place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Digital signatures: Editing the liners and text boxes, exporting the pdf to another format, Ai assistant, requesting signatures via email with a single click, Highlighter as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

The best thing about Adobe Acrobat is that it's an all-rounder.

Need to sign a doc real quick? Boom, done.

Wanna merge five random PDFs at 2 am? Easy. It's quite useful and weirdly reliable like 100 times a day when I use it.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

What bugs me about Adobe Acrobat? Why does it feel heavier than it needs to be? Just opening a PDF sometimes feels like I’ve asked it to launch a rocket.

Also, those random pop-ups about features I’m never gonna use, irritates sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes dealing with PDFs way less annoying. I can sign stuff, fill out forms, combine files, and do all that boring document stuff without jumping through hoops. Saves time, saves stress. Simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Creative Cloud?

What I love most about Adobe Creative Cloud is the seamless access to industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects—all in one subscription. The apps are consistently updated with cutting-edge features, and the cloud integration makes it easy to work across devices and collaborate with others. The ecosystem feels unified and powerful, whether you're editing videos, designing graphics, or working on UX/UI projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Creative Cloud?

The main downside is the pricing, which can be high for freelancers or small teams. Also, some apps require significant computing power, which can affect performance on lower-end machines. However, given the feature set and quality, the investment is well worth it for serious creatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Creative Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Creative Cloud solves the challenge of having to switch between multiple platforms for creative work. With one subscription, I have access to professional tools for photo editing, video production, graphic design, and more—all fully integrated. This saves me time, keeps my workflow efficient, and ensures consistent quality across projects. The cloud storage and sync features also make it easy to access my work from anywhere and collaborate with clients or team members in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat?

Adobe Acrobat is the premier solution for creating documents that preserve the exact look and feel of my materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat?

While I realize Adobe needs to make money from their products, I don't appreciate that I need to upgrade this or upgrade that for functionality. Also, signing went a little too "secure" a number of versions ago; I just want to be able to put a facsimile of my signature on a document, lock it down, and send it out and don't need to get involved with trusted documents, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Acrobat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes I just don't want to send the Excel version (with my calculations) to someone and just want to send them something they can look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
