Things i like the most is Adobe allows users to create, edit, convert, sign, and protect documents all within a single platform. It quickly convert files to and from PDF, add e-signatures, and apply password protection which looks like a complete solution for any users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface even though powerful, can be considered very high for new users due to the number of tools and options. Additionally, the subscription pricing may not be ideal for casual or infrequent users who only need basic PDF functions. Some advanced features needs subscription which can also be considered as a drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that you can edit already existing PDF files... sometimes, there's a need to edit an existing file, but you don't have the original working file. Acrobat allows you to make these types of changes quite easily and it removes the stress of recreating a file from scratch. A definite timesaver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Small nitpick, but since I use Acrobat often to prepare forms, it would be great if when I copy/paste text fields for form fields that I could copy/paste in place like other Adobe products. When the text fields get pasted into the center of the page, it's just one more step that I have to do to align them, then distribute evenly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adobe Acrobat's comprehensive, professional-grade toolset for creating, editing, securing, and sharing PDFs allows me to get my work done easily. The advanced features like OCR for scanned documents, form creation, e-signatures, and robust collaboration tools make all work effortless. I like that it ensures consistent formatting across platforms, supports cloud integration, and it meets legal and archival standards, making it essential for the work I do. It's very reliable, and the security options and seamless performance across devices set it apart from free or basic options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, I love this program and more people need to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a graphic designer, Adobe Acrobat is an essential part of my workflow, especially when working with teams in other departments. Whether I am reviewing files, sending files to be reviewed, preparing files for print, or collaborating with other team members remotely, Acrobat provides the tools I need with precision and reliability. One feature that I value the most is the ability to preview and edit files. The color and layout consistency between other Adobe Creative Cloud Apps are seamless, which gives me confidence when finalizing a project. This is really important for designers! Another feature I love is the comment and markup tools. Both of these tools allow for clear, contextual feedback–cutting back on confusion and revision time. Plus the ability to compare versions of the same file is also a game-changer. In short, Adobe Acrobat is a powerful tool that helps streamline the design process. My only complaint is sometimes I do experience performance lags when working with larger files that have a lot of graphics. This is mainly an issue with large e-books. While this is not a dealbreaker for me, it can be frustrating and put me behind on work or reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can create fillable forms with acrobat. Adobe is free for users to view PDF's, so forms I create with Acrobat are accessible. I can also create PDFs from my Excel and Word files, or convert a PDF to Excel or Word for convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found that some users cannot see the responses on fillable forms for some reason. The forms appear blank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader is the first app that users turn to for viewing, annotating, and engaging with PDF files. Created by Adobe, the originator of the PDF standard, it is still one of the most dependable and feature-packed applications for managing PDFs across desktop and mobile platforms. Adobe Acrobat can be slow and clunky, particularly on older machines. Useful features such as editing or converting PDFs are restricted behind a paywall, and the nag to upgrade can get tiresome. The powerful interface can be overwhelming for everyday tasks, and the app itself is larger than comparable lightweight options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using this software since I started working in US Staffing and recruitment. This software has an attractive user interface which provides all the functions available in one place. There are tons of options that can be used to fill out any type of form, application, agreement or letter as required. Specifically, the option to add signatures and attach a picture is providing a big help to us, as we have to fill out a lot of candidate applications in our day to day work. Nothing as of now, everything is perfect at it's place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Adobe Acrobat is that it's an all-rounder.
Need to sign a doc real quick? Boom, done.
Wanna merge five random PDFs at 2 am? Easy. It's quite useful and weirdly reliable like 100 times a day when I use it.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What bugs me about Adobe Acrobat? Why does it feel heavier than it needs to be? Just opening a PDF sometimes feels like I’ve asked it to launch a rocket.
Also, those random pop-ups about features I’m never gonna use, irritates sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I love most about Adobe Creative Cloud is the seamless access to industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects—all in one subscription. The apps are consistently updated with cutting-edge features, and the cloud integration makes it easy to work across devices and collaborate with others. The ecosystem feels unified and powerful, whether you're editing videos, designing graphics, or working on UX/UI projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside is the pricing, which can be high for freelancers or small teams. Also, some apps require significant computing power, which can affect performance on lower-end machines. However, given the feature set and quality, the investment is well worth it for serious creatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Acrobat is the premier solution for creating documents that preserve the exact look and feel of my materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I realize Adobe needs to make money from their products, I don't appreciate that I need to upgrade this or upgrade that for functionality. Also, signing went a little too "secure" a number of versions ago; I just want to be able to put a facsimile of my signature on a document, lock it down, and send it out and don't need to get involved with trusted documents, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
