We would also love to see features like dynamic follow-up actions based on survey responses, which would allow us to deliver more personalized customer experiences. There’s very little to dislike about Okendo, but if I had to point something out, it would be that some of the more advanced customization options require a bit of technical knowledge or developer support. I switched to Okendo a couple of years ago and never looked back! The customer service alone is worth it. They walked me through the integration and onboarding to get everything I wanted up and running. After that, it was really easy to use. It's become an integral part of my business, I use it every day. Super quick responses to my questions, plus they have awesome regular webinars to help me with my business. As for the products, everything I have works great for my business and my customers. I'm a solo business owner, and I feel like they're part of my team. So helpful and wonderful to work with. We switched our reviews platform to Okendo from another very well known provider. The integration was seamless, the product is better and we are paying less per month! It was so easy to implement. The platform is pretty easy to use; has all the functionalities that I'm looking for (and more). We've been using Okendo for about 3 years and it's greatly improved with its latest widget upgrade, including the ability to easily customize the widget (turn on and off certain features, re-order certain elements), as well as new tools like the AI summary and featured product tags (which we haven't tried yet but are looking into setting up) .
