What I value most about Okendo is the strategic support we receive for our accounts. The reviews module is robust and allows us to showcase testimonials. We also rely on the email and survey modules, which are well-integrated and enable us to automate feedback and data collection. What do you dislike about Okendo?

While the platform is highly effective, there are areas that could be improved to better support multi-brand management. For instance, having the ability to bulk copy surveys across brands would save a lot of manual work. We would also love to see features like dynamic follow-up actions based on survey responses, which would allow us to deliver more personalized customer experiences. There’s very little to dislike about Okendo, but if I had to point something out, it would be that some of the more advanced customization options require a bit of technical knowledge or developer support. What do you like best about Okendo?

I switched to Okendo a couple of years ago and never looked back! The customer service alone is worth it. They walked me through the integration and onboarding to get everything I wanted up and running. After that, it was really easy to use. It's become an integral part of my business, I use it every day. Super quick responses to my questions, plus they have awesome regular webinars to help me with my business. As for the products, everything I have works great for my business and my customers. I'm a solo business owner, and I feel like they're part of my team. So helpful and wonderful to work with. What do you like best about Okendo?

I like how easy and straightforward Okendo is to use. I've used other review platforms, but it was a little wonky and there were always bugs the developers were working out. I had been searching high and low for a reviews platform that doesn't show how many "hours" ago a customer left a review. I despise that, and you would think it would be easy for these other review platforms to offer the full date in which someone left a review, but no! Our email marketing consultant recommended Okendo at the time because they are one of the only platforms to actually have a date (3/11/2025) that a customer left a review. What do you like best about Okendo?

The platform is pretty easy to use; has all the functionalities that I'm looking for (and more). We've been using Okendo for about 3 years and it's greatly improved with its latest widget upgrade, including the ability to easily customize the widget (turn on and off certain features, re-order certain elements), as well as new tools like the AI summary and featured product tags (which we haven't tried yet but are looking into setting up) .
