ResMan is easy to use making it easy to train new employees. I really like that everyone has access to see reports including at the Property level so no one is waiting on someone else to send them information. The customer support with ResMan is top notch. ResMan Payments has been a great feature to add and the implementation of it was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a way to seperate some of the permissions better. There are a couple of permissions that I wish I could give to some ne but with out giving them access to do eveything with that feature in ResMan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a literal HELP tab on the side of the screen. That alone helps so much if you are learning to use Resman. I enjoy it because it brings back Yardi style looks with Entrata simplicity. Resman alone makes it easy to find what you need (as long as you have the permissions). I use it on the daily especially the mobile. Customer support is great when it comes to learning the system. Not much to dislike. Everything is already at your fingertips. Maybe the mobile version would be my only deal. Always having to log in when you leave the page for half a second. The mobile side could use a more updated version where its as easy as the desktop version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Resman is easy to use all tabs have lables. There is even help buttons that provide a detailed responses when help is needed. Very easy for some one not tech savy to learn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a friendly, efficient, and powerful tool for property management; it makes a difference in saving me considerable amounts of time and effort. It also works for any stage of the Renting process ( prospecting, Application, Leasing, residents, Collecting rent). I use it every single day, and it is perfectly integrated to the maintenance software. The Training to use it was simple, so it was also easy to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ResMan is extremely user friendly and intuitive to use. It has allowed us to keep the same workforce while expanding our business because of how much time we are able to save by using all the ResMan tools. We are able to complete bank reconciliations within minutes, run report batches customized to client's needs, and overall complete all the leasing and accounting steps with efficiency. I love the ease of access, I know where to navigate too and if I dont it is pretty easy to find. The support and the monthly calls with our case manager are amazing, yall go above and beyond to help our team, and while I am sure there are many others, Sierra, Beth and Carlos are some of our special people with Resman. The knowledge of the CSR's however they have done huge improvement over the years and they are getting much much better, used to it would take several days to get a resolution and now its a matter of minutes or hours, huge improvement ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
