What do you like best about Revenue.io?

* Seamless Salesforce Integration: Rev.io auto-logs calls, notes, outcomes, and AI insights directly into the right records in SFDC, (and uses a custom 'Conversation' object to house this information as opposed to parking all of it on the standard task object in SFDC)

*Real-Time Conversation Intelligence to aid sales on their calls: We have the ability to enable live call coaching and AI-driven cues during conversations our sales reps are having with customers(e.g., talk ratio alerts if the rep is speaking too much, objection handling prompts as they arise on the call, etc.)

*AI-Powered Call Analysis: Post-call transcription and tagging of key moments (e.g., pricing discussed, competitor mentions) are logged in SFDC after the calls, allowing us to gain valuable insights into sales trends and areas to optimize in our conversations. The ability to set up our own keywords that we'd like to capture in sales calls is extremely valuable.

*Strong Customer Success support: Throughout our long relationship with Revenue.io we've had outstanding customer support in helping us not only set up key functionality and offer best practices, but also to help troubleshoot when we run into roadblocks. What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

There is nothing specifically I'd say I dislike about Revenue.io as a solution, other than as of now, Revenue.io does not offer a native integration with Google Meet video meetings for call transcription, however- this is on their product roadmap in the near future. Missed Coaching Opportunities and Inconsistent Rep Messaging- The Converational AI feature captures keywords, sentiment, objections, and follow-up actions from calls, surfaced through searchable transcripts and performance trends. This gives us scalable insights into what's actually happening in our conversations, so we can improve playbooks and reinforce top-performer behaviors.

What do you like best about Revenue.io?

My company has been using Revenue.io for about a year now and I have been impressed with its overall performance and functionality. The platform has allowed us to provide more active coaching feedback to our reps, refine talking points around key initiatives, and revisit critical calls to identify areas for improvement. I love that the tool is fully integrated into Google Chrome and using it is intuitive. It is easy to install (with the support of the Revenue.io team) and once it's on your browser, all you have to do to access it is click a button. What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

We have very few major issues with Revenue.io. The platform does what it is supposed to do and, aside from the occasional technical hiccup where audio gets a little glitchy (which may just be due to poor internet connection), there aren't any glaring issues we have encountered. Revenue.io is making it easier for us to ensure consistency across our sales reps in different territories. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

As the systems manager, I've been tasked with downsizing our tech stack. In an effort to do so, we recently vetted other products. We decided to stay with Revenue.io. Our decision came down to who do we trust, who meets our needs and makes our users happy, and who gives us the best support when needed?

Sean McDonald has been an amazing partner. Always upbeat, always willing to dive in to support us. Even when the pressure is on, he works with us as teammate.

Our users enjoy their product. It's user friendly, intuitive and through this process, we discovered other features we were not taking advantage of. Our Sales Manager raved about the Inbox features, her ability to easily review conversations with Conversation AI, and how she uses flagged calls for coachable moments, or to improve call scripts based on call scores.

Their support team is incredibly quick. I put in a ticket, and in 3 mins I had a response and the issue was resolved. I can't ask for better service. We've been incredibly happy with their product and service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue.io?

We really did not have a a solid process when it came to campaigns. With Revenue.io and bringing the teams together, we have started to really analysis our calls, cadences, marketing emails, call frequency, and our revenue is growing. It's always a work in progress and will always need to grow with the times, but we're able to really look at where we're succeeding and where we are not and take action in real-time. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

The biggest asset RevIO has it's stellar implementation team, yes- it is has incredibly robust features, automates manual tasks, integrates seamlessly into Salesforce, capturing all calls and contacts and content, uses AI to distill valuable insights from all the content collected- but all that is useless if your go to market team doesn't use it or it gets partially implemented- the biggest driver of our enablement and success has been the phenomenal partnership with a world class implementation and training team at RevIO. What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a very passive approach to CRM usage prior to RevIO- we couldn't track sales activity or standard metrics simply because the CRM was not being used for anything other than high level opportunity tracking. Now that we have deployed RevIO, not only do we have tremendous insight into activity, we've also removed much of the manual work that hindered CRM data collection. RevIO automatically logs interactions with prospects and clients, eliminating the need to manually log calls, emails, and follow-ups. The tool integrates seamlessly with email and calendars, and the automated data syncing keeps everything up to date within the CRM tool. Sales and Account Management is spending less time on administrative tasks and follow up and focusing more on the high-value aspects of the job. The tool's AI-driven coaching feedback also gives managers tremendous insight and direction on their teams performance giving them the ability to have greater impact across their teams. What do you like best about Revenue.io?

Our Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Hayley, makes a huge difference. We have had a couple of different ECSM's after having the tool for a couple of years but Hayley really goes above and beyond to solve our challenges and even more crucial help us get more value out of the tool. This helps us more effectively track top performers and highlights coaching opportunities.

Sometimes there are clunky things which don't seem to make too much sense -- emails tracked to salesforce weren't including any personalisation that was made to the email template. Efficiency is the biggest one so far, previously the sales process was a lot more cumbersome.

I want to highlight the incredible experience we had working with their team — especially Sean, Jordan, and Andrew.

From day one, Sean went above and beyond to support us. Even in the most chaotic moments on our end, he remained patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. He advocated for us internally, made exceptions when needed, and handled every interaction with empathy and care. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated.
