The biggest asset RevIO has it's stellar implementation team, yes- it is has incredibly robust features, automates manual tasks, integrates seamlessly into Salesforce, capturing all calls and contacts and content, uses AI to distill valuable insights from all the content collected- but all that is useless if your go to market team doesn't use it or it gets partially implemented- the biggest driver of our enablement and success has been the phenomenal partnership with a world class implementation and training team at RevIO. Sometimes there are clunky things which don't seem to make too much sense -- emails tracked to salesforce weren't including any personalisation that was made to the email template.
