have been using it first at university level and now at professional level I have to say it has everything that i can ask for weather chatting with team members , calling , vid calling , sharing docs and creating groups etc love all of them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things i think need some improvements

First of all the resource usage of the application is quite high and I think it can be optimized specially the internet part of it when calling/video calling the internet hangs a bit ( I have a good internet connection)

and the second one is the sync feature although I can say it is quite fast but still there are some delay like receiving the call on my mobile 3-4 seconds earlier than the pc/laptop one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

he biggest drawback for me is how resource hungry Teams can be on busy days it hogs memory and slows everything else down. Microsoft teams is now daily used by our organisation to arrange meetings, text, video calls an also file sharing.

Sometimes it closes suddenly which is a little annoying.

Screen sharing is not as good as Webex.
