It is a feature rich product that is easily customizable to be the primary sales tools to a variety (very different) of Lumen teams. It can be used by both our sales and customer support teams. It also provides a rich set of reports to make sure each team measures what is important.
Another key benefit is the support behind the product. Ty and Allison were with us every step of the way to make sure we followed best practices and got the most out of Revenue.io. Revenue.io's Guided Selling product does a great job at helping reps prioritize their work. As an admin I also appreciate how their tool is an "overlay" on top of Salesforce and not a completely independent system with all of it's own authentication, permissions, etc. The support we received from their implementation team was also the best I have ever experienced. The inability to send one-off emails (instead of sequence emails) in their Guided Selling tool has been frustrating for our team. Revenue.io provides a workaround through their dialer that will open a draft in your inbox, automatically adding your Salesforce BCC address, so that the email gets logged back to Salesforce. We wish we could send one-off emails within Guided Selling in order to take advantage of the email templates/merge fields/advanced email tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product was extremely easy to configure and get up and running. It is very user friendly and intuitive and making configuration changes on the fly is very easy. Being able to clone workflows and call queues, makes creating new call flows a breeze! We are using RingDNA as a call center phone system and it is much more stable than our previous phone system. The RingDNA dashboard needs work. Needs to be able to be customizable for adding columns to the dashboard to see metric data side by side. Not being able to see daily average call times on the dashboard as well as an administrator being unable to log an agent out remotely is a problem. If an agent forgets to log out at the end of his shift, they will continue to receive calls and the only way to combat that is to remove the agent from the call queue completely.
The canned reports need to be able to be customizable or have give the ability to company administrators to customize those said reports. Adding columns or changing date parameters as well as queue parameters would go a long way towards providing useful reporting out of the box.
The ability to have calls and voicemails go to the longest waiting agent needs to be enhanced. Having Simulring is great in a sales environment but for a call center, the ability to evenly distribute the work would be a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It comes with multiple important features and provides the most efficient performance. We have been using it daily for call conversations and I would like to share that it works brilliantly. Sometimes, we can't hear incoming calls' volume even when we have the headphones connected with the system and we are working on anything else. Apart from that, it makes the system slow sometimes. It is hard to work on this software when we have HDD PCs. They can include some features like routing the clients of different languages (Spanish, French, etc) directly to the native speaking agents. I am so excited about what Revenue.io is doing for my sales team! Guided Selling helps our reps stay organized, on top of tasks, and establish an outreach cadence to maximize our opportunities. Sequences in particular have really opened up an avenue for us to have more organization and automation in our daily processes. The integration with RingDNA has allowed better visibility as a leader into key metrics that drive our overall performance (dials, emails, talk time, etc.). Moments allows our reps to respond to key phrases, answer questions, and combat questions in a quick fashion. And ConversationAI gives me as a leader insights to offer insightful coaching.
Implementation was a very positive experience with the Rev.Io team and even with me as the team lead being out for 12 weeks, they got our reps up and running and engaged in the products in a short time span and offered so much support, follow-up, and ongoing training. Guided selling has been great! I love how easy the sequences are to create and how much data we can pull to see how effectively our different sequences drive engagement.

We have some issues with the dialer and our Queues, but the support team and our Customer Success Manager (Shout out to G) have been great at helping us troubleshoot and navigate the issues. I will say some issues have never been resolved, but the support team keeps open communication, and sometimes the issues only pop up occasionally, making it hard to isolate.
