Really I don't know. I am fine now. I was waiting for an answer, but yesterday I saw that next September Syncfusion would implement a new feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Syncfusion Blazor UI components and they are excellence components. Great design, great user experience and performance, outstanding customization. Moreover Syncfusion support is really helpful and always permit to solve queries and the most complicated scenario of "real life".
Last but not least: complete and exhaustive documentation. Great products! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just nothing! Only the video in YouTube, describing the various components, can be improved in terms of:
1 - refer to a single integration video, without repeat every time the integration procedure inside Visual Studio projects. This makes longer any video, and less attractive.
2 - vice versa, the videos should be more focused on illustrating each individual component, with the various characteristics and not just a quick overview. Or at least also have in-depth videos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The big benefits:
- thorough documentation and example solutions
- great customer service - quick, polite and helpful
- good product with practical features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many controls that determining what you want to use or how it could be helpful is sometime a bit bewildering. It is also a hidden strength I suppose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With fully supported, up-to-date controls for Blazor and WPF, I can concentrate on my application's functionality rather than building foundational components from scratch. The seamless implementation and integration of these components during development have made the process effortless. Additionally, these libraries enable advanced functionality that would be unattainable if I had to develop everything on my own. As a solo developer, many of my applications simply wouldn’t be feasible without these tools. On the rare occasions I’ve needed customer support, my issues were resolved promptly and efficiently. Upgrades can occasionally present challenges, especially when it comes to identifying functional changes that impact my application's behavior. However, this is an inherent aspect of using third-party components, and I’m not sure there’s much that could be done to completely mitigate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support issues are resolved within 24 hours, and this is acceptable to me due to my community license. I
appreciate the prompt resolution of issues and the high level of support provided by the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The components are free to use, and the support is generally responsive. You can open a bug report, and the team will usually follow up with a fix. It's recommended to include a reproducible example using their playground to ensure efficient assistance. The library offers a wide range of components, covering approximately 99% of typical business requirements.
One of its standout features is the well-designed and visually appealing UI, which contributes to a polished and good user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not all use cases are currently supported, and it's not uncommon to expect standard behaviors that turn out to be missing. There are some bugs, and the overall code quality leaves room for significant improvement. While some components perform well, others require optimization to reach acceptable performance levels. Localization in italian is poor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve been using Syncfusion Essential Studio for over 4 years, and it’s been a game-changer for our team. The components are incredibly versatile and cover almost every use case we’ve needed, from basic UI elements to complex data grids and charts. The ease of integration with our existing projects saved us countless hours during implementation. The documentation is straightforward, and even if we get stuck, their customer support team is super responsive—whether through live chat or tickets. We’ve raised nearly 50 tickets so far, and every single one was resolved quickly with clear solutions. The frequent updates with new features and improvements keep the library fresh and aligned with modern needs. It’s rare to find a tool that’s both powerful and easy to use, but Syncfusion nails it. Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. If we had to pick something, a few advanced components initially felt overwhelming due to their depth of customization. While the documentation is good, adding more real-world, scenario-based examples for complex components could reduce the learning curve. That said, their support team always bridges this gap quickly, so it’s never been a major roadblock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been particularly impressed by its flexibility across different development environments, including Blazor. The seamless integration with Visual Studio enhances my workflow, making it easier to design and implement features without switching tools. Additionally, the comprehensive demos that come with the installation package are invaluable as they provide clear examples and serve as a helpful jumping-off point for my projects. These features collectively make Syncfusion a powerful and user-friendly tool that significantly boosts my productivity. I use syncfusion daily, and it's greatly helped increase my productivity and helped me modernize my application look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Syncfusion offers many strengths, there are a couple of areas where it falls short. Occasionally, Visual Studio flags the Syncfusion plugin as a cause for slow startup times, prompting me to disable it to enhance performance. Additionally, managing licenses for applications that use Syncfusion can be somewhat cumbersome. Each time you update the Syncfusion version in your application, you need to generate a new license key, adding an extra layer of complexity to the licensing process. These issues can hinder the overall user experience and workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to learn and complete a new ASP NET Core project. Documentation is well done and also support. You never get stuck and always find a valid solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not found any issue right now, I highly reccomend it for your projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The library, especially for Blazor, has allowed me to get up and running quickly on new projects. The look and feel is great and generally speaking, performance is acceptable.
Implementing the NuGet packages is very easy and it does take a lot of guesswork out as they have great documentation on all of their components.
Customer support is outstanding and was a primary driver on choosing this product. I have used this product at home on hobby projects and my experience with customer support is the same as with a paid licence. It made it easy to recommend it to use at work.
I would say they have virtually all components covered to build a full featured site. I haven't needed to go too far into any other libraries to get what I'm after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do find the toast notifications difficult to use. There isn't a nice way to call these from a reusable component. I ended up using Blazored.Toast instead for this one component.
The documentation can skew a little too far on the simple side and some more complex examples would be appreciated, but I also realize this is where support can come in and they do answer questions if you're having a tough time getting something up and running.
