Textline has been such a beneficial and crucial aspect of my work routine. Not everyone is always available for a call, or even available enough to remember that they received one to call back. Texting, in this day and age, is such a vital form of communication and without textline, I would not be as productive or successful at my job. It is easy to assist customers in a quick, convenient manner and it is something that, when I train new agents, I always encourage them to implement within their outgoing contact routine! I particularly love how TextLine is geared towards small and medium-sized businesses that perhaps don't have the need for enterprise-level API integration with other business applications and platforms. For our purposes, TextLine provides a seamless way to communicate with our clients and prospective clients, without all the clutter and confusion that might otherwise come with using other, more expensive products. It's rare to find an application that's made for all, but feels custom-tailored to our own office's needs. Additionally, customer support has been great, with immediate, helpful responses. If I had to find any criticism of the product, I do wish that they perhaps had a desktop application that could integrate with local network databases without requiring an account with other popular, online data stores such as Hubspot, Zapier, Salesforce, etc. Still, that's a very minor thing compared to the ease of use and implementation that TextLine provides. Textline is easy to use. It was an easy transition from our old system, but it has more functions which makes it more versatile. Overall, it was easy to integrate into our day-to-day texting experience. We message daily all day. I don't have any current complaints. The most annoying thing is carrier violations for spam messages that are not spam but information but that isn't a Textline issue, it is the mobile carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most is the ease of scheduling text messages. I can set my texts to go out and don't have to stress about getting them out at a certain time and being tied to my computer. We use Textline weekly so it helps to be able to schedule them. I also like how we can use our own phone number! This has been huge in our customer service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes a little bit of navigating at the beginning to get used to it but once you figure out all the features they are easy to use. I had to use Textline customer service a few times when we first started using it but always received a quick response! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like text line, because you can mark the messages as resolved, and it's easy to search. Also, the announcements and scheduled messages are awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that when you're on the same page.It doesn't automatically show you new messages but you have to refresh the web page or the app in order to see new messages. Also, when you're on the app, you can't be inside of a conversation and then go back to the overview, to see all conversations when you push the back button when you're inside of a conversation, it exits the app completely. I've been using Textline for 5 years now and what I liked about it in the beginning was that it was so easy to set up and use. Years later, I still feel the same way about it. I can easily add contacts and send texts daily, weekly, or however I choose. I can send out texts immedately, or plan them for hours or days later.
In the event someone wants to be removed, I am confident that Textline takes care of this automatically.

It's very helpful to have multiple users answering texts together. It helps us tackle a large daily volume, but also allows staff members to step in and assist or correct s needed. It also keeps a long history if there is ever a need for us to look back at an earlier conversation for our records. The announcements and automations are also a helpful feature. It is quite easy to use and learn. I love the whisper feature and short cut responses as well.

I use Textline on a daily basis. Aside of email, it is my most used form of communication with customers. It's a quick way to message customers and a convenient way for them to get back in touch with me. The announcement tool is fast and easy to use. Integration my contact list was a simple download. The filter options are very helpful in keeping your conversations organized. And the tiny time stamp on each message helps for a quick view on how long someone has been waiting for a reply. Textline gives us the ability to communicate with our clients through text every day. Which makes it so convenient for us in so many ways. Textline keeps the client's phone numbers stored in the app for easy access, it allows us to keep record of the conversations, allows client to reach us before/after business hours and the best part is that we can acess it from anywhere. So far the only thing that we've had a problem with was not being able to search for conversations by date. However, after contacting customer service, they were able to get us the requested information within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
